I recently bought this mother daughter ring For my daughter’s Xmas Christmas gift and She and I were very disappointed that the gem fell out not even 2 hours after my daughter was given it as an Xmas gift. Super embarrassing as a mom, also it represented the relationship between mother and daughter , so it was not the best outcome- we are not happy.
When trying to Return the the ring it was complicated. So we felt taken advantage of. Help,

There was a hiccup with shipping, but no fault to the company, it was the couriers fault. When that happened customer support with this company was amazing and responded very quickly and sent me a new package through the mail and arrived very promptly. The rings I ordered were birthstone heart rings of my deceased mother and they came out beautiful.

These rings are amazing!! My daughters love them so much! The quality is terrific and we are over the moon excited about them!! ❤️

I received "2" necklaces, one is perfect; the other one has scratches on it!

Ordered two bracelets for each of my daughters for Christmas. Made an error when placing the order so I reached out to the company and they were able to correct my error. They arrived quickly and are beautiful.
I would definitely order from this site again. Not only are the products beautiful but their customer service is great.

I had an outstanding experience with this jewelry company! I ran into some issues when the order was placed (mistake on my end) and then after receiving my beautiful jewelry I realized I ordered the wrong size. Customer service made this process incredibly smooth, and so accommodating. The jewelry itself is absolutely beautiful and crafted with solid, high-quality materials. I was genuinely impressed with the attention to detail and the exceptional craftsmanship. I ordered the stacking mother‘s rings, and the mother daughter ring as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for stunning, durable pieces and excellent customer service!

My order arrived quickly. However the stone colors are wrong. I ordered July (ruby = red) and September (sapphire = blue). The stone for July is pink.

I've sent two emails to Love Coco Jewelry and have not received a response. Unfortunately, they don't have a customer service number.

What a waste of money!

I have been waiting over a month for my order to arrive. I had a tracking number, and once it arrived into my local area it looses where it is, and says it will NOW be late... are you kidding?!?! I am very disappointed, and will not use this company in the future. If the items do not show up, I will report it as fraud, and update here.

Love Coco Jewelry has fantastic customer service. Sarah, Customer Service Manager, was incredibly attentive, kind and helpful. I’ll most definitely buy from this company in the future due to their excellent customer service skills.

The jewelry is so cute. I bought my mother the mother-daughter ring and myself the self-love ring. I definitely recommend checking the sizing chart before purchasing. I bought a size 5, which ended up being too small. The customer service is great because they replied quickly and offered to send me the correct size!

Check out was very simple. Unfortunately, the ring can leave a black circle around your finger. Sizing chart seems to be very accurate.

I accidentally ordered wrong color and customer service sent me the right color. Very great to work with them.
