Really easy to order and return
Really easy to order and return, price is super reasonable. Only problem is a lot of the bags are constantly out of stock. When the back in stock email comes in they has already been rented. Would be much more useful if they had an app and you got notifications when back in stock. I think they need more multiples of popular bags maybe a few for monthly and few for weekly rental. It would also be good to be able to book in a bag for specific dates like other rental sites. Also would be nice to be able to load money on to the account. first come first serve doesn’t always work for a flexible user.

Great bags, great service, couldn't be happier
I was a little hesitant to sign up at first as I’d seen a few negative reviews, but I was starting a new job and had a few events lined up so I thought I’d go for it. I’ve been a member for 2 months now and I’m loving it so far. You really get access to the best edit of bags for way less than other rental companies. Everything I’ve ordered so far has been delivered on time and the customer service team has been great with answering questions. They also helped me out with a last-minute request which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Really good communication…
Really good communication from the team, always polite and helpful. (In my opinion) the best selection of bags of any business of this nature.
It would be good to understand if there is a possibility for fees to reduce at all as the business gains more members as the current price to unfortunately something I couldn’t sustain on a permanent basis. But I love the idea of the business and would be really keen to remain a member if there was a lower membership cost.

Please note that bag prices have increased significantly across many brands therefore a lack of price increases will mean a shortage of new bags to the collection. We know what is most important to our members and that is access to wonderful bags for the best value.
If you're not looking for a bag full-time, our Flexi membership may be the best alternative for you. It's the perfect way to dip in and out of our collection without the monthly cost. You pay a base fee for the year and simply pay for bag passes as of when you need them. Nonetheless, we will pass your feedback to the relevant department.

Absolutely incredible service from Amy Taylor. I needed my swapped bag before my holiday and had a few issues with the collection (courier’s fault). She was extremely helpful and managed to get me the bag that I wanted on time for my trip last minute. Superstar!!

Great idea, impossible to utilise
On first looks they have a great selection, so I purchased the full collection membership at £99 per month. However, you can never loan out any nice bags as it is like a lottery as to who will get there first… so you’re paying £100 for bags you would never ordinarily rent in the first place because that’s all they have… great idea, but they’ve taken on too many members for their stock level. Either increase the stock dramatically within popular brands (not the cheap products they’ve been buying in recently) or reduce the amount of members being onboarding, who are currently paying a £100 monthly membership for bags they’ll never use.

I’ve been a member with cocoon for a…
I’ve been a member with cocoon for a while and I’ve been quite happy with the service.
I loved the fact I could hire a bag for a month! The customer service was always really good too. I have cancelled my membership for now as I find all the bags I like are being used at the moment. I do recommend the website if you’re a bag lover though! :)

I joined cocoon club in summer 2021 and…
I joined cocoon club in summer 2021 and really enjoy it. Choosing new bags and returning them is a really simple process and it’s a nice way for someone like me to be able to experience all the different bags and see which styles I might commit to purchasing in the future; Test driving them if you like. Customer service is excellent.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Approval process for credit check took about 1 day. Paid for a flex membership, selected my bag and it arrived within 48 hours via tracking. Had a great time using the bag that I kept it for another 2 weeks, simply by just clicking extend by a week. Then selected a time for the bag to be collected. Fell in love with the bag I actually want to buy one! Only wishes would be if the delivery company could give a more refined collection window - 9am-5pm is quite broad so you have to stay in for the day and wait for collection and if you could hire 2 bags at the same time via the flexible membership this would be great!

You mentioned that your collection window was scheduled between 9:00 - 17:00, however DPD should contact you the morning of with your one hour window. Were sorry to hear that didn't happen on this occasion.
Unfortunately, you're unable to access two bags at once on our Flexi membership due to the demand of our bags. We may however look into expanding this in the future.
