I tried to erase my account but it’s impossible. The link doesn’t work and there is no customer service to help.

I have tried the link multiple times to erase my account and it does not work. I could not find anywhere to contact customer service on the app/website but was given it in response to this review.

As far as diagnosis, the 3 offered were previously ruled out by doctors. Was hoping for insight other than probably or normally.

I'm extremely happy with the consultation. I got the first one for free. This might become my go to health consultation service. Thanks.

It is just brilliant; it is quicker and easier than speaking to a doctor, and if you have to see one, it gives you a good background and understanding to talk around

It may be helpful for some but if you have anything not common or chronic it's useless. It asked generic questions and when I said it wasn't those and asked what else it could be all I kept getting was "I'm sorry, I didn't get that. Please try again." I know it wasn't any of the 3 they gave me because I've been tested for those. I was trying to find out what else it could be. And their "specialists" are literally just the same thing worded differently to make you think you're getting more specialized care.
