So I ordered a coffee machine on january 17 2026. When I received to product I wanted to return it the next day so I contacted the company. I could return it but I had to fill in a label that they would mail to me. So I waited but they did not send me the label. I asked them many times to mail me the label but got no answer. It gave me stress since I had to return the product in 14 days, otherwise the term was over. 6 days later I got an excuse for the delay en I got the label. They wanted me to make many pictures of the coffee machine en the box and I had to send it to Poland for inspection. I got a bad feeling since I was giving the impression dat it was a Dutch shop. After the check in Poland I would get the refund immidiatly they said. It took a lot of effort to return the product. Then I heard nothing for many weeks. I send many mails about the refund and had to wait long for a reaction. Every time I got another excuse why they did'nt make the refund. Excuses after excuses for weeks. Still no refund. 6 weeks later, after many mails and threatening to settle it all with VISA, confronting them with my rights and to place honest reviews about my experiences, I got my refund. So keep in mind that when you buy a product in this shop, you will go thru hell for weeks if you want to return it and may not get your money back unless you are willing to fight for it.

They say sending items, they won’t show what they have send, and then even though no prove has been provided tell you that when you don’t receive the items you have purchased, it’s the transporters fault, and that you can take care of it yourself, they steal
Little amounts every time, 80 euros here 70 there, watch out for these scammers!! Don’t order, you have been warned!

Bought a built in coffee machine costing €1843.99 on Feb 13th. Website clearly states deliver 1-5 days. Today is 4th Mar & I am still waiting for Delivery. Customer service response is slow & not meeting the required levels of customer satisfaction.
