Professionally handled issue with delivery
I received a delivery that had been damaged by Royal Mail. I notified Coffee Masters about the incident and they sent me a new bag by returning mail. I'm very pleased by their professional response. Will continue to buy my coffee from them.

Delicious Christmas coffee and…
Delicious Christmas coffee and outstanding customer service. I made contact to ask if there was more stock coming online and Verity went out of her way to let me know as soon as the coffee was available to order.
It was despatched almost immediately and arrived safely a couple of days later.

I am really sorry about this.
All of our coffee bags have a strength scale on. Our old bags have a scale of 1-5, indicating 1 as a light roast and 5 as a dark roast. We have had a brand refresh recently and the strength scale is coloured circles indicating different coffee strengths.

Properly good coffee
Came across these guys originally through Amazon, when searching for Swiss water decaf coffee. Since then, gone full hog on full caff - all been gorgeous. As is the turmeric, the chai, everything!
Helped that my favourite coffee shop, ScriptHaven in Worcester uses their beans too. Yum!

In my opinion Coffee masters supply some of the best coffee you can buy and their delivery is great.
I like their online subscription service which can easily be changed to suit your needs, I often change dates as I find myself using less or more coffee, which is very convenient.
Also a great price with a reduced amount when you subscribe.
They never take the money upfront either which is rare these days, it comes out of my account around a few days after my delivery!
A very good quality coffee bean for your machine! Delicious!

Excellent organic coffee beans.
We buy the organic coffee beans and every cup is consistently a good one. I have been buying these beans for a few years and recently found I could buy direct. Good service and excellent coffee. What more could we ask for!
