A genuine Aeropress! Some aren't.
Service was okay. I got what I ordered. It took them 3 days to send it, but maybe that's the shipping company's fault. Or maybe they get lots if orders... I hope so.

My Bellman never worked- I did not get…
My Bellman never worked- I did not get one cup out of it. You replaced it which was great, but I was blamed for the whole problem. The replacement works.
If I could have blocked the machine up on the first go, the coffee pot needs some design improvement.
