There were issues with the kettle
There were issues with the kettle. The person knew the product inside and out and talked me through a troubleshooting process. Once we ascertained that there was something faulty with the item they immediately sent me out a brand new item without the need for a return. Knowledgeable and efficient - awesome!

Had my VBM Domobar Super serviced and purchased a new EUREKA SPECIALITA 55E grinder. Service and grinder both were priced well and the service done well too. I shall switch to using Coffee Parts for my future espresso related needs. The staff was especially helpful too.
