Thank you for your honest review on how you feel you've been handled.
I first of all want to apologise and let you know we are not a scam company, we have just been very disorganised up until now and lacked the infrastructure to offer a certain standard required and service the demand.

I have contacted this brand many times to know when the shoes will be available again and no one answered for weeks.
On the website everything has been sold out for months but it is just for their poor organization.

If i could rate them less than 1 star I would.
They are absolute SCAMMERS. I ordered an Item and sent it back due to poor quality and its been 3 months and have still not received a refund.
Ive emailed their sales team countlessly and they have barely replied. The responses i have received have been rude, vague and short.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
As a woman of colour I wanted to support a black owned brand however its become clear that they are scam artists and its disappointing.

Thanks for honest review on our brand.
Please note that we are putting actions in place to make sure other customers do not experience such a long wait time on both emails and getting refunds.
In terms of the quality of your items, I'm sorry you were disappointed. We've now moved our production to a family owned factory in Portugal who get and understand our vision and quality we we except as standard. Should you ever be in the London area we would love for you to pop down and view and touch our product in store to see our improvements in quality.
Me (Ola) and Cerise are working tirelessly in making sure our company does better and exceeds customer expectations.
Cold Laundry started as a side project and grew so fast to a stage where both of us couldn't really handle the business efficiently.
We have and are still in the process of finding the right people to bring in to our company that can further progress our vision and move the brand forward.
Customer service is a part that has been lacking for months since gaining a lot of early success.
I can assure you we have improved in this area and should you not have a refund sorted by now we will be happy to issue that for you ASAP.

Can't stress how horrendous they are
Do not use this company. Ever. Don't bother.
Every single part of this experience has been absolutely horrendous from start to finish. I ordered a shirt and it took nearly 3 months to arrive. The quality on the garment was awful. Cheap, poor construction etc. Clearly from a Korean wholeseller, as most people have revealed online.
Sent it back tracked for a refund and have waited weeks for money. Customer service is absolutely horrific. Rude, self-entitled, infuriating. You get nowhere.
These guys are absolute scam artists of the highest degree and I cannot believe nothing is being done about this atrocious approach to business. Criminals.

Thank you for your honest review. I would like to first interject by saying we are not criminals, neither are we scam artists.
Me and Cerise put in 100s of hours of work to travel back and forth from Korea to source and also part produce our old collections.
I would like to sincerely apologise for the bad customer service and also the quality of clothing you received which you were unhappy with.
Im happy you finally received your refund and hope you will give us another chance to exceed your expectations.
We have produced our latest collection in Portugal titled 'redemption' which signifies a change of direction, a change of business structure and a full expression of Ola and Cerise's take on fashion.
All pieces are cut and sewn and reflect an unmatched quality moving forward.

I've waited over a month to receive my order and still haven't received anything. They claim to have sent it, but there is no tracking number. I have lost my patience and wrote to the company that I would like to get my money back. They write that I cannot get my money back because they have sent it, and this isn’t true.

Worst customer service and scam
Ordered an item on the 7th of November. 22th December (!) I got an email from them saying that it was sold out and they had started a refund. Have been in contact with them (even though they ignore most of my emails) asking where my money is, as of 5th February no refund has come through. They states that they are having issues with refunding money, and if they refund too much their bank will flag it as suspicious (😅).
It seems to me that they have on purpose sold too much of the same products (it's not just me that has this issue) and refusing to refund. Making up silly mistakes.
Their marketing and clothing seems nice, but you can buy these clothes elsewhere (they buy most of their stuff on Taobao and replace the tags). The customer service is the worst, the quality is nothing special and they have scammed me.
Think twice before making a purchase.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE "GOOD" REVIEWS ON HERE PROBABLY ARE FAKE.

REALLY BAD SERVICE/SCAM!
We ordered clothes on December 28 and we haven't received it yet. We have approached several times to hear when we receive it. They replied on January 31 that it had been shipped from their department store, but we still haven’t received a tracking number, although I have requested it. In addition, we were told that one of the items was sold out, even though I had paid for it.
Cold Laundry's merchandising is neat and polished, but you can't trust the brand. You should at least be prepared to wait half a year for your goods.
our patience has been reached and unfortunately we have to demand our money back.
