Easy, Backdating blocky
Easy process, took a bit to figure out that back dating can add months of unneeded coverage due to the rigidity of full year back and forward annual policy cycles. I think that backdating could be more accommodative of partial years.

Refused to refund my funds until my counsel contacted them
When we obtained a supersedeas bond from Colonial they were super helpful and responsive. When I requested my excess funds after the bond was paid it was an entirely different situation. After several phone calls and emails over a one week period requesting my refund, I finally had to have my counsel contact their counsel and demand payment. They paid within the hour!

Exceptional Service from Rachel
