Colonial failed to renew our contractor…
Colonial failed to renew our contractor bond due to their system being down according to an email we received. This prompted automated cancellation without the ability to renew. Our new bond was received and rejected by the state authority lacking basic requirements, Power of Attorney information and corporate seal. We had to facilitate the entire process to maintain compliance. A fiasco and horrible customer service.

Setting up a surety bond quickly
For my business I was looking to set a surety bond. Not knowing a single thing about what a surety bond was and who I should work with, I discovered colonialsurety.com Not only did Colonial have detailed information discussing surety bonds, but they have built a very simple process on their website to get a surety bond set up.
