Typically great
Typically great, and timely about their auto renewal process. But I’ve been with them for four years and every year we have an issue with documentation. I never receive the correct files, have miscommunications with my state about cancellations. And when they resend expired documents from the previous year I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone to get me what I need in a timely manner. This is super serious what they do, my business depends on it every year- I pay on time so the least you can expect is get the correct documentation in a timely manner.

The bond wasn't written correctly and…
The bond wasn't written correctly and they left it to me to try and trouble shoot. I tried to explain I needed more than template bond because I had a special case. They were able to fix it after further discussion. The platform they used also tends to freeze sometimes.
