very caring sales person
My father passed this year and i was not sure how to work "In memory "of him. The lady i was talking to was very sincere . she made me and helped me feel like she really cared in helping and not just trying to make a sale. I really appreciated her help and want her to be reconized as not just a sales person but as an empathetic person.

Sales agent always a pleasure,
Ordering simple and efficient
Delivery was done in a timely manner
Issue: Invoice/payment always issue every year.
Pay over phone by credit card but get invoice that says not paid......confusing and then causes us to reach out and spend time sorting. Again every year.
