Okay, but some problems
The experience was okay overall, but there were several issues. First, they were confused about my arrival date and even called me a day early asking where I was, despite my booking being for the following day. Second, the car I was given had faulty brakes, and I had to wait until they finished helping other customers before they assisted me. I eventually received a replacement, but the whole process took about 1.5 hours. Finally, they overcharged me, and I had to follow up to find out why. They admitted it was a mistake and refunded the money, but it still felt very unprofessional.
