Everything was explained to me beforehand.All equipment was sterilised, there was no pain at all and I left being able to hear properly again. I will definitely recommend comforts hearing.

An incredibly professional, efficient, effective, welcoming and caring atmosphere. They were so helpful and patient, going above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in a new setting and ensured my ears would feel the best they could feel. Ray and Patricia were so lovely and warm, and you can tell that not only do they know what they’re doing, but they’re also passionate about their field of care. As for my ears: well, enough said — they feel great and amazing, fresh after so long of not hearing well, and it was 100% worthwhile to book an appointment. I cannot speak highly enough of their care. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I was also given relevant advice on what to look out for when taking care of my ears, both for before and after our appointment. Thank you, Ray and Patricia. It was lovely to see you both today. I usually never write reviews but they deserve one.

The health care person examining my husband’s ears was under supervision and clearly had difficulty. They only used the water suction method which was only 60% successful. There is no noticeable difference in my husbands hearing. After struggling with one ear it was clear we would need to return. They insisted on charging £30+ for looking at the second ear on top of the charge for the ear they worked on, justifying the charge that they would have to write a report. We have not been sent the report.
We will find another provider to sort out both ears.
