Polycomm vvx411 supplied is not compatable with BT accounts. BT will not repeat not configure. Waste of time and money.

missing cable, doesn't work and not clean
I probably wouldn't bother buying from there. My phone came without a power cable because they said they forgot to send it, when I plugged it in using another wire it had missed calls on it (not from us as not used) and wouldn't dial out or work. Also, doesn't come looking that great even if it is refurbished, could be cleaned better too. Got my refund.
