Absolute. Joke . Do not book with these guys . I nearly called the police . Very unhelpful . Waited two hours for my car . Then ended up having to get a taxi to where it was parked ten mins away !!!! Awful please don’t book with them

Was supposed to be Meet & Greet, it was Arrive & Wait. Instructions unclear, no apology for delayed arrival, we were late into the airport (Gatwick) ~ could not understand what we were being told & frustratingly, post barely finding a place to park we had to go down two floors to pay for the carpark on top of the cost of organised “offsite” parking. Later read it was organised by Sapphire Parking which we now know has had the recent fire. I am deeply sorry for those affected, apparently our car is ok but we will be happy when we see it on our return. We will not use again, frustrated that my husband didn’t read the reviews as never used before & worst service in 30 years.

On the list from parking companies to choose from, in the description the cheapest company ,,just park and ride” offered drop of and pick up service as all other companies do free of charge. But these guys in conformation email at the bottom in small letters informed that transfer each side £10. Cancellations £20 amin fee. Sounds scam ish .

Do not trust this comparison website please do not trust it. I had an awful experience with paying them. The forms I sent me all seem really legit silly me for not checking it out. Please do not book through this website and it recommended me Sapphire, parking meet and greet and it gives them a five star review when in fact, Sapphire, I won’t give you a zero for them if you could give negative numbers, I’ll be given a -1000 please watch this website.

Booked and paid for meet and greet having had a total hip replacement 11 weeks ago and my partner has copd.
Arrived back and had to walk to a car park to collect the car, had arrived late having missed flight and paid an additional £20 due to this. That took the price to £93.98 in total. The booking confirmation clearly states will be met at terminal. Finally got car back yet when we left the car park there was yet another £21 to pay just to be able to leave the car park. So for a premium price of £113.98 we had to walk at great discomfort. Absolutely disgusting.

This car park is a scam, after a month of booking my slot with them, on very day I was going to catch my flight this scammers call me to cancel booking with them they left me stranded stress and anxiety on A406 I didn’t know what to do I nearly missed my flight that was 16/7/26 they promised to refund me updates I haven’t receive my refund they create this site to scam people

Don't go near this company. Whilst they are a comparison site, the companies they advertise are a disgrace. Our car was returned with money and food stolen from it, completely filthy and then we had to pay an additional £16 to get out of the car park. Use Holiday Extras, Purple Parking or similar, not this bunch of absolute cowboys. No proper resonse received from them when complaints sent.

I booked a car park for my holiday but didn't receive sufficient information about where and who I was parking with. I was given Prime parking and then advised on the phone it was Easy parking. I couldn't find either business on Google or in Companies house.
I raised a ticket asking for more info but was told everything was in my email, soon after, the support ticket was closed.
I cancelled and was charged a £20 fee, even though they hadn't actually provided me what I had paid for!

SCAM COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID
Extra charge for ride part of “park and ride” then £20 to cancel your booking even if cancelling within minutes of booking. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Illegal practice.

We waited over 5 hours (11:30pm to 4:00am) for our vehicle to be delivered. During this time:

Staff took approximately 3 hours to deliver a vehicle, which turned out to be the WRONG car
No apology or explanation was offered for this error
Staff were consistently slow and unhelpful throughout.
We were eventually forced to collect our own vehicle manually, making the service we paid for completely pointless

When we went to the park to collect it manually the vehicles were so tightly packed that you could scratch it extremely easily. What makes it worse is that there are only 7 staff working in the area and the car keys are packed in a small shed with no door where anyone could easily steal them. I wish I could give a worse review.

Don’t use this site. It doesn’t allow you to leave reviews and the car parks over charge. My plane arrived early and I was charged an extra £20. On tip of the price they quoted when I booked, they charged me a total of £32 in entrance fees that they hadn’t warned me of. If they scratch your car then who’s gonna know in the reviews? Be warned

I 100% agree with the reviews here. I had same experience as others

1. Handed pristine clean and returned the car covered with bird poo
2. Excess mileage. Drove my car more than it will take me to and fro from my home to heathrow
3. Wrong system booking so asked me for extra when I challenged they just handed the car
4. Rude and non-supportive customer service
5. Emailed them two weeks ago with complaint. Not a single response.

AVOID USING THIS CON COMPANY.

When I picked up the car, it was incredibly dirty and covered in bird droppings, which resulted in additional costs for me to restore it to the condition it was in when I handed it over. Furthermore, upon leaving, I paid £13 instead of the £10 originally quoted in your offer.

⭐ Very poor customer service – rude and completely inflexible

I booked Park 247 Meet & Greet through Compare the Parking, with an estimated car collection time of 1:00 PM.

I arrived earlier than expected and politely contacted them to ask if they could do me a favour and bring my car a little earlier. I completely understand that this may not always be possible, but the way my request was handled was extremely disappointing.

The person I spoke to was rude and dismissive and did not give me a proper explanation as to why they could not bring the car earlier. There was no attempt to help, check whether anything could be done, or offer an alternative.

For a Meet & Greet service, good communication and customer service are extremely important. I did not expect them to guarantee an earlier collection, but I did expect to be spoken to politely and professionally.

Unfortunately, my experience with Park 247 Meet & Greet was very poor, and based on the customer service I received, I would not use them again.

Please note this is a repost due to the company emailing to remove the post to get the booking refunded, now they are ignoring the emails and booking hasn’t been refunded.

The company are a bunch of criminals parked at Heathrow airport and my car was trashed, added mileage and cash was stolen from the centre console

The company are rude, laugh down the phone and find it funny that their staff have stolen cash.

I booked a Meet & Greet parking service at Heathrow Terminal 4 for 23 July 2026 to 5 August 2026.

I specifically paid for a premium Meet & Greet service so I could drop my car close to the terminal and avoid the hassle of shuttle buses. However, when I arrived I was told to park in the Long Stay car park and use a shuttle bus instead. This is not what I paid for and is completely misleading.

Even more frustrating, all of the confirmation emails and instructions I received directed me to the Short Stay Meet & Greet location. I later found out that this facility had already been closed at the time of my booking in July 2026. If that is the case, the service should not have been advertised or sold as Meet & Greet at all.

On my return, the experience was just as poor. Because of the shuttle bus system, we had to wait for other passengers before leaving, which caused unnecessary delays. When we finally reached the Long Stay car park, the vehicle had already been moved, and there was a further wait of around 20 minutes for it to be returned. This completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for a Meet & Greet service.

To make matters worse, the staff I dealt with were rude and dismissive, offering no apology or proper explanation for the situation.

Overall, this was a misrepresented service that did not match what was advertised or paid for. I would not recommend this company and would advise others to be very cautious when booking.

I am currently seeking a full refund and an explanation for why this service was still being sold when it could not be delivered as described.

BOOK LONG STAY INSTEAD. IT WILL BE MORE SMOOTHER THAN THIS

If I could leave zero stars I would. Beyond appalling customer services. Emailed/online chat & 4 phone calls later, asking for a simple email to assist with a travel insurance claim and still getting nowhere. ‘Advisors’ barely speak English and utterly useless. Do not touch this company, pay a few £ extra and use somewhere else.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews of this company, until today when I have been sat waiting the return of my car to the terminal for nearly 2 hours!! Appalling service. No- one answers the phone - goes to message, says ring when luggage has been collected. You don’t know who has your car. I think there is only 1 driver picking up and dropping off cars and it is parked over 15 miles away from the airport. I should have known better, thought it was a decent price now I now why. Spend more is my advice and do not use.

Paid for the Meet & Greet service, but they failed to show up to collect the car. Instead, they left it sitting in the car park, and I was forced to pay an additional £38 just to retrieve my own vehicle. Absolute breach of service and zero accountability from customer support. Complete waste of money and ruined the end of a trip. Avoid using them.
