Communication with driver was very good both on departure and return. Driver was quick to collect our VW Kombi van on departure and we only had a short wait collect on our return. Gained the impression the operators were working hard to give good service

We meet on level 4 in T5. This is very convenient.
The driver was very courteous & helpful .
Our return flight was delayed by 2 hours but as you do not request the return of your car until you land that was not a problem

We booked using this website for the best parking at Heathrow. We booked a 5 star company meet and greet. The name of the company is Express Parking Heathrow Ltd (which is a lie by the way, or part truth as they trade under different names). Bottom line, an hour and still waiting for our car to come back to Terminal 5. Now ignoring calls, tracker on the car shows not moved, Compareyourparkingdeals not helping or responding to assist either. As I sit here I have searched each of these companies, its lies, trust pilot and companies house show them as all different names, bad reviews, and all masked under fake 5 star reviews. Just liars, never again! Avoid companies and its partners like this.

I had a truly awful experience with this Meet & Greet parking service at Heathrow (Ashton Carter Trading Limited / Heathrow Airport Parking Services).

After landing, I followed their instructions and called as soon as I collected my luggage. Despite calling repeatedly, no one answered for long periods. When calls were not answered, I was left listening to an automated message (“your call is important to us”) followed by ringing and then voicemail.

When someone finally answered at 3:56 pm, I was told my car would arrive in 20 minutes, that I was number 3 in the queue, and they apologized, blaming traffic. Nothing happened.

I continued calling. At 4:33 pm, I was told they would arrive in 10 minutes to collect the driver only and take him to the car so it could be brought back to pick up the family. This never happened.

I kept calling throughout the afternoon. At 5:33 pm, I was again told “20 minutes”. Still nothing.

In total, I waited over two and a half hours for my car. I was travelling with a nine-month-old baby and a 4 years old and the staff showed no concern or urgency at all. The situation only resolved after I escalated the issue and involved the booking platform.

This service was dishonest, unreliable, and completely unprofessional. Arrival times were repeatedly misrepresented, calls were ignored, and there was no accountability. I have since made a formal complaint and received no response.

I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid at all costs.

We were super impressed with how smooth everything went from beginning to end. The communication was really easy and efficient. Our driver was already there waiting for the car to be picked up, which was a huge help. Plus, the car was ready for us when we got back, so the handover was super convenient. We honestly had a fantastic time.

We arrived way earlier than our advised time when leaving the UK and the collection driver was still with us within 10 minutes - coming back, we waited around 15 minutes for our car to come back to level 4 (the last off site meet and greet company we used took over an hour to return our car!!). Overall a great experience and will definitely use again.

Drop off was ok, small problem with communication as the driver did not speak English very well. The car park looks a bit dodgy and cars are packed everywhere, not always in the right place (on the grass with a lot of debris). The collection, however, was just a nightmare; it took 40 minutes for someone to pick us up, saying that there is traffic. We landed at 7am on 25 December... there was no traffic, we checked on google maps. The driver again did not speak English.

Just like a review from a couple of weeks ago my booking was with Ashton Carter Trading Ltd. My booking confirmed an arrival time of 16:30 but when I called them as required 30 minutes before arrival they were adamant that I'd booked for 17:30 and there was nothing they could do to meet me as per my printed booking! They finally did arrive at 17:15. On my return again not able to meet me as agreed. I had to sit and wait in the trminal until they called me. Looking them up on Companies House website shows no filed accounts and £100 capital. Also the business is listed as a cleaning company! I do acknowledge and accept that Compareyourparkingdeals are only agents and not the providers of the service. But Compareyourparkingdeals cannot have carried out any due diligence checks on these cowboys before accepting them onto their booking system. Therfore Compareyourparkingdeals should be avoided if you don't want to be ripped off by their third party.

Main concern is hidden charges. You are expected to pay two short stay fees of £7.50 each when the vehicle is collected and dropped off from the short stay car park. Company needs to be transparent with this. Adding an extra 30% to my fee for three days parking.

Rubbish company. Misleading website shows a price for a different company than they actually book with, you only find out after booking and paying that it is a different company. Makes it look like it is Heathrow Park and Ride as well, when it actually fact it is a different company with bad reviews. Then have the nerve to refund you when you cancel 10 mins after booking, taking £15 for admin fees, when it is their fault you had to cancel.

Booked with Compare Your Parking Deals and everything went smoothly. Hassle-free from start to finish. Highly recommend

Not meet and greet, more like park and wait, wasn't there to meet us, had to park on 3rd floor of car park in a disabled spot and wait 30 mins, on return muddy footprints in back of car and my entertainment system had been messed with to accommodate their favourite radio stations... as per all reviews don't use

This Company Is backing ROUGUE TRADERS. I complained to these Agents who are the ones that advertise companies that will meet & greet and do the comparisons on price- our chosen company were Ashton Carter Trading Ltd - My Family & I had the worst experience ever - not only did they ferry other passengers with out vehicle (to prove they left multiple in & out tickets to all the various terminals at Heathrow within the dates we were away) then when they returned the vehicle back it was returned literally with no fuel - they trashed the inside of our vehicle leaving empty take away bags with half burgers left inside and drinks all split around the car of which i have photo evidence, to then top things off after a week back in UK - we received 2 parking tickets also during the time we were away. I reached out to this so called Agent for their support and asked why it is that they put the public in this position using ROUGUE traders and all they could do was pass me over the Ashton Carter Trading Ltd complaints email address - of which you guessed it have not replied - I have now reached out to the Police as well as Trading standards to have these companies investigated - TRUST ME THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. You will only know this when things actually go wrong and when they do there is no help or support. Pay that little bit more and either park at the airport or grab a Taxi.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor customer service I experienced upon returning to Gatwick Airport. As per your instructions, I called immediately after receiving my luggage, but unfortunately, the phone operator I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful.

The interaction was disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the claim that support would be readily available. The staff member lacked basic courtesy and did not handle the situation professionally, which reflects poorly on the service standards expected from your company.

Do NOT use this company - useless
they failed to confirm my booking with the provider where I was to leave my car
on the day of our flight the provider (who was so helpful) had no confirmation and no one to take our car
We had to arrange our own taxi to airport and when trying to raise complaint their customer service failed to respond blaming the provider when clearly it was their own system
They refuse to follow their own complaints procedure and have no decent customer service. We will never use this company again and would not recommend it.
