I lost one of my favourite and much worn earrings on a night out, and was really disappointed. I searched on line for the same or similar with no success, as they were a few years old. I contacted the customer service team at Completed Works. They got straight back to me - they found a pair in their archive. They emailed me a purchase link and the new earrings arrive on Monday. Brilliant service, great follow up and of course gorgeous original jewellery we all love. VERY Grateful for the fabulous service and speedy communication. Thank you, I’ll be shopping again!!

They charged me for a back ordered item. I know my card should be authorized, but I used to work in the credit card industry and you’re not supposed to be charged until the item ships. They don’t seem to follow the regulations.

I received a faulty necklace in my order and emailed customer service immediately with pictures. The customer service team was so quick and kind to respond to me, offering a replacement necklace that passed their personal quality control. They even sent me images of the new necklace before sending it to me. Overall, we exchanged emails very effectively and I felt supported all the way through the process. Thank you so much for the beautiful designs and stellar customer support!

Leave terrible tarnish marks. I’ve never had this problem with high street earrings. They are completely un wearable.

I love the earrings I bought - I’m wearing them now, and the stackable rings. But it is the earrings I love most of all.
* It would be even nicer if CompletedWorks didn’t give cut and paste responses. Rather don’t respond at all.

I recently commissioned Completedworks to design and make a custom wedding band for me.

I was very happy with the service provided by the team throughout the design process and in sourcing the stone which is embedded on the inside of the ring. The team were also quick to add an engraving after I changed my mind on this!

Supremely overpriced jewellery, not well designed. Customer service patronising and unhelpful.

My CompletedWorks necklace unfortunately broke, I got in contact with customer service and they were SO helpful! They were absolutely lovely and understanding.
As the necklace was in warranty they offered to repair free of charge. Once they received the necklace in their office, they decided instead to offer a replacement and shipped this out straight away. I received it within just a few days. Really pleased with their resolution and big thank you to their lovely team - I’m so happy to have my favourite necklace back!
