Rich and smooth, delicious
This coffee is absolutely delicious! We got our hands on the impact blend, ground, and have been enjoying it every morning since. It's super rich and smooth in flavour, we're going to try getting some beans next. Love this coffee and what the company stands for, highly would recommend at such an affordable price.

Great coffee and great customer care
I really like how consumer oriented the service is. I have tried a few blends and single grain I can confidently recommend the impact blend and the Ethiopian. Delivery is quick and packaging maintains freshness of the coffee

Hi TK, It would have been appreciated if you contacted us directly with about the postal issue, rather than leaving essentially an anonymous, 2 star review that doesn't give you or us any chance of resolving the issue...
We'd love to help resolve this for you, but we don't know who 'TK' is, nor have we received any correspondence about a delayed order from a 'TK'...
Tried the Ethiopian
I ordered the Ethiopian coffee and tried it in my V60 and it's absolutely brilliant! I will order it again or one of the other single-origin coffees.

Hi Sharon, thank you for the review. We're not quite sure what you mean by 'was not like an expresso' We just sent you an email to extend another invitation for you to join our Connected Coffee Community of Facebook so that we can assist you in brewing our coffee, specifically for espresso.
Alternatively, you can simply email us and we can assist in troubleshooting what's happening with your espresso extraction and help you improve it.

Hi Michael, thank you for your feedback. If you could shoot us an email to customer@connected.coffee with some more detail so we can help you get the absolute best brew out of the coffee. We find most often that customers can under extract the coffee while brewing and thus consider the coffee 'weak' or 'not strong enough'
Please refer to the following video for an ideal looking shot. If your espresso shot looks like it's coming through faster than this, this could make the coffee taste 'not strong'

Also consider, our coffee is generally a lighter roast than the majority of supermarket/big brand coffee companies that tend to over roast their coffee (we don't want to name and shame)
