Easy to get everything sorted from start to finish quickly done whole process easy friendly helpful staff cant fault them

The company are well organised and efficient and helpful with any queries. The delivery was on time and the installation was done over 3 days instead of 4. Thanks to Nathan and his son work very hard and were very polite. The only concern that we have is the positioning of the drain on the left hand side of the conservatory where the water does not go into a drain. Spoke to Nathan about moving it to the right hand side where there’s a drain. It has not rained yet so we don’t know if it needs moving or not. Depends if water starts to gather. Nathan told me that if it’s a problem he’s willing to move it to the other side by the drain.
Had follow up calls daily from Jane to discuss the progress or any concerns on a daily basis which was great.

We are extremely pleased with our conservatory.
In the beginning there was a misunderstanding as to the timing, forms were not filled in on time which delayed the process,partly our fault. However,all was resolved.We were having a big party on the Saturday. The builders started on the Sunday before and it was completed on the Friday before the party. It is a large Conservatory and looks fantastic.
The builders were magnificent, they worked really hard,they were respectful,polite,kind,they cleared up every night and when they finished everything was neat and tidy. I would highly recommend these builders.
Customer services were very helpful. In fact everyone I dealt with at Conservatory land were charming.

Overall I'm really pleased with the conservatory,
Unfortunately there were a few issues mainly with design that i think came from perhaps odd measurements from the surveyor - for example one wall blocks our existing window a bit and drainage was an issue. I highly recommend perhaps talking properly to the design team before sign off and go through bit by bit, to hopefully avoid this sort of problem.
I would still recommend this company if you are confident in checking and talking through your needs.

Everything when like clockwork from the moment the installers arrived the delivery of the conservatory and the installation all completed within 2days I am absolutely delighted with the finished product and a special thank you to the installation team

We are delighted with our amazing new conservatory. It looked even better than we expected from the drawings sent to us before the installation.
We had an old conservatory with a brick base so we just needed the top windows and roofing replacing.
Everything was completed within 2 days from the dismantling and removal of the old frames to the installation of the new. Our 2 installers were so helpful and ensured everything was left clean and tidy both days before they left.
We would not hesitate to recommend them to any one considering a new conservatory, particularly as they offer a 10 year guarantee as standard.

Excellent customer service, good quallity conservatory and excellent polite fitters who worked fast and didnt stop. Superb job. Daily contact with customer service.

First class ,well pleased with my new small conservatory, excellent communication before during and after the construction, no problems at all was finished top to bottom in 3 days with minimum fuss would highly recommend 😀

Excellent service from the first steps in sales with Alex to the technical team to daily phones from Jackie and Catherine to see how things were going and then to make sure all was ok at the end from Karen all very helpful answered all my questions and helped with anything i needed

I really love our new conservatory, the process was super simple - and made some changes throughout and felt like they were great and happy to oblige. We got a 3.5m x 2.75.
We went for basic installation as we are avid DIYers, and couldn't fault the third party at all, MPRO homes, Oni and the team were lovely and quick! Would recommend

The approved installers, Diogo and his Father worked really hard & did a fantastic job.

ConservatoryLand exlained the process really well so we knew what to expect and when. They arranged for the erecting company (MPro Homes which is a separate contract). They said MPro Homes would take delivery on 24 March. It all happened just as planned. Mpro Homes stayed and did the necessary base work on the 24th and 25th. They returned on Monday 30th having let the concrete cure and worked all week so it was finished, including plastering and power sockets on Saturday 4th April. ConservatoryLand phoned each day to check everything was going according to plan which we are happy to say it was. No hiccups. Everything fitted. No bits missing. Great construction crew. We have now got a wonderful conservatory, no hassle, no fuss, on time, on budget and no extras. Brilliant.

My wife decided that our old conservatory needed replacing, she saw an advertisement in the mail and went ahead with an order from ConservatoryLand. I was sceptical, preferring to get a local firm, but as she was paying we went ahead. Selection and needs for the new conservatory were handled quickly and very efficiently and an installation date one month ahead was agreed. all things went to plan and the selected local installer, Kevin, duly arrived to unload the conservatory on date agreed. Keven turned out to be an inspiration, dismantling the old and assembling the new with remarkable skill. The result an outstanding conservatory finished with the utmost care. We are very impressed!!

The experience from start to finish was stress free, the team were extremely helpful and on hand for any questions. The contractors were here on time and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.

We ordered our custom made new conservatory and had the approved instalation fitters . From start to finish Conservatory land have been great. They kept us imformed at every stage from ordering through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and we would highly recommend them if you are considering a new conservatory

From the idea of getting a conservatory to having it installed the process went very smooth. Communication was excellent and all our questions were answered promptly via WhatsApp or phone call. Customer service called frequently during the install to make sure we were happy. Umesh and his team were very friendly and professional and the install only took a few days. The product quality is great and looks fab. We are both happy with the process and would recommend Conservatoryland if you are thinking of having one.
