I decided to go with conservatoryland after having ridiculous quote from other companies.

However at the beginning I was very anxious and did wonder if it was the right decision. The two things that worried me most was the hard sell at the beginning, Will the salesman kept pushing me to place the order which put me off and I very nearly didn’t. The second concern was that the installers were subcontractors which I’ve always steered clear of in the past.

I shouldn’t have worried though, the installers were brilliant working in awful weather in the middle of February in our muddy garden! We had our old conservatory taken down and replaced, the new one seems much more solid than the previous one and the glass roof is brilliant compared to the old plastic one.

Conservatoryland phoned every day to check everything was going as planned. They kept me informed throughout the whole process from placing the order the completion. Would definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased with our new conservatory the whole experience was a dream from start to finish, conservatory land is a very professional company to deal with, there products are excellent , the erection team were superb and the finished product will be a great asset to our home , thanks to everyone involved.

The end result has exceeded all our expectations of our home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Conservatoryland to anyone considering a conservatory. Absolutely first-class service from start to finish.

I chose ConservatoryLand rather than other choices out there in the market with consideration of transparency in costing, timescale and generate reviews on the internet. The result was a very positive experience - the parts were delivered within three weeks as booked and installed within 4 working days. I was most impressed with friendly phone call on status and potential problem solving everyday during the installation. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Extremely professional and reliable company, really pleased I chose them. I am thrilled with my new porch/mini conservatory. It's become a lovely space to have coffee, read or simply relax with the under floor heating keeping me warm. I love it.

Nathan and Josh took less than 5 days to turn a back yard deck into a conservatory/garden room, which has enhanced my home and can now be enjoyed, uniquely, for years to come. I am very grateful for the kind and professional help and at a reasonable price.

We have just had our conservatory fitted and installed by stuart installed quickly and efficiently well. There were no issues or hitches all completed on time and we are very pleased with this and the pre and after service

We’ve just had our conservatory built and are delighted with the build and quality… Dan who carried out the work was excellent and worked hard in very wet and cold weather would also like to mention Catherine who called me every day of the build to see how it was going for which we were very grateful. We also got a call from Karen at the end of the project to make sure we were happy. Overall it was well worth the cost

Not quite finished yet, still need to get a radiator fitted, but all in all a very easy process. Sam in the sales team and Jane in the Customer Service team kept me informed all the way through. Andrew who installed it was very good too. I’m much happier with the end result than I ever thought I’d be.

So from the beginning it was easy to pick the required design on their website which gave an instant price. Contact with the company was easy through What's App and verbally by telephone. You have the option to cancel even after paying a refundable deposit even after the installer has made his visit and measured up. No pressure from the company and answered all questions which i had minor concerns about. Should not have worried as the installer and his son were brilliant. No regrets and it looks great.
One thing, read the reviews they are truthful, also note that the installer does not fill in the base around the outside of the conservatory and is not included in the price which i think it should be. Other than that a trouble free experience which all can be proud of.

Niall called me back with a friendly and professional approach and provided me with an abundance of tips and helpful ideas. I definitely would recommend this company for sure!

We recently arranged this installation for my mum, and we have to say that the whole experience—from point of sale to completion—was excellent.
The salesperson, Adam, was great. The fabrication team, led by John Heath, delivered exactly what was promised. The Customer Relations team (Catherine & Jane) were helpful and attentive throughout. A special mention goes to the installation team: Craig and his two installers, Callum & Drago. They were fantastic, even while working in very challenging weather conditions.
The customer service overall was outstanding, and we are extremely happy with the conservatory.
Would we recommend this company to family and friends? 100% yes.

Brilliant experience with Conservatory Land from the very first meeting through to design and detailed engineering. The build was completed quickly and professionally, with excellent workmanship throughout. Communication was outstanding, with full support and regular, up-to-date progress reports from the after-sales team—especially Karen Potts and the installer, who were both exceptional. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and we are fully satisfied with the final result. Highly recommended.

During the bad weather my gutter box decided to leak leaving me with buckets and pans to catch the water. I spoke to Catherine who kindly arranged for a visit by Gary .
I can’t thank this company enough for their professionalism and commitment to get me sorted in time for Christmas. Gary worked really hard and knew his stuff and is a credit to the company.
