I was looking for lean on conservatory and came across Conservatory Land, their representative Sam was absolutely brilliant, he was so helpful and understanding. He never sounded pushy, even we decided to go with different company due to Conservatory land not doing Composit doors, Sam was polite and understanding about our choices and wished us all the best. He’s an asset to company and definitely deserves recognition.

We are delighted with our conservatory, the quality and workmanship by the manufacturer and fitter is excellent. We found the sales team stating with Sam, the completion team and fitters to be very professional and helpful throughout. You don’t get outstanding customer service very often, so this was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this company.

They are swift, clear and explanatory during the process. The sales team is answering any questions you have immediately. But in some cases sales team might be a little bit "pushy", which I understand, they are trying to close a sale. Because of some technical issues, I had to cancel my order after paying the deposit. Conservatory Land accepted the cancellation and refunded the deposit within 3 days. My order did not go through, but even for this experience, they deserve a positive comment.

The company were easy to contact and their representatives were always friendly and helpful. I was guided through the financial commitments and procedures expertly so that no problems could arise.
The work was carried out expertly by people who clearly knew their job and explained the construction each step of the way.
Once completed the conservatory looked even better than we expected and has since been the envy of neighbours. It is a relatively small extension to our lounge (3mx3m) but provides us with a great spot to feel we are almost sitting in the garden.

I am very happy with the process from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process was very kind and helpful. The small conservatory is really a great addition to the look of the front of my property! The product had arrived exactly as I had ordered and my builder didn't have any issues while installing it. In addition the price was very reasonable for such good quality product. I would definitely recommend Conservatory Land.

If you take out the pay in 12 months option be careful as £40.000+ will go on your credit rating !
You don’t get told this!
Please be aware.
The conservatory is very good, but pay it straight away and don’t take the 12 month buy now pay later!

The problem solved in the end. I am happy with the final aesthetic. The local builder did a great job.

19/11/2025 UPDATE: Conservatory Land has contacted me regarding the issue. It turns out their supplier got the size wrong so it was not their error and asked me to take down this review. They promised the missing panels will be delivered tomorrow.

I still think it is important to share my experience truthfully. I changed 1 star to 3 and will update here once the problem is resolved.

I really wanted to leave a positive review, as the porch design is excellent and the customer service team has been professional throughout. The final aesthetic is exactly what we hoped for.

However, we're extremely frustrated by serious issues with the *installation* and *quality control*. Several panels were manufactured to incorrect dimensions and the builder couldn't install it, leaving our porch incomplete with these panels entirely missing. This isn't just an aesthetic problem, this is now our front door, and having large panels missing created a significant *SECURITY RISK* for our family, not to mention the cold drafts in this weather.

What's equally frustrating is the lack of a clear resolution timeline. When I asked about receiving correctly sized replacement panels, I was told they would investigate and send them "when available," with no definite timeframe. This means we're left with an incomplete, insecure front entrance for an indefinite period.

I don;'t want to be a pain and understand manufacturing errors can happen, but this experience has been quite an upset for me and my family. We're now thinking about purchasing materials ourselves to complete the work properly.

I hope Conservatory Land can use this feedback to improve their quality control and customer resolution processes. I was planning to install a conservatory in our rear garden using the same company, but now I am not so sure

Bought a conservatory and installation from ConservatoryLand just over two years ago, and have been very pleased. Recently noticed an issue with a glass panel at the roof edge and reported it. ConservatoryLand sent an operative with no quibbles within a few days to rectify this. Very impressed with the after sales service.

Went to visit the factory to re-assure myself that the product & company was to my high-quality standard (highly recommended action to anyone considering using this company).
The site visit was very re-assuring, staff were very helpful, informative and professional at all times.
All delivery and construction targets were met in full (unusual in today’s climate – I’m sorry to say) But pleased to say Conservatory Land were spot on with all their promises.
The install team, Mick and his associates, were excellent in their role (professional, polite, neat and tidy, made excellent progress with construction and installation –and did additional work for me
too) They built a step, landscaped the garden, did garage work, built a walkthrough double door for access the new conservatory from the inside of my house. All the work was executed extremely satisfactory.
I am very pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Mick and the Conservatory Land Team to my friends and relatives

Initially, I had concerns about dealing with a company based so far away from home but in fact, the whole process from first contact to final installation ran like clockwork. All the team at Conservatoryland were extremely helpful and professional, the delivery man was prompt and efficient, and Charlie and his team of installers worked tirelessly to raise the conservatory quickly and expertly, leaving everything clean and tidy when finished.
I have no hesitation in recommending Conservatoryland; they were the right choice for us.

From start to finish superb ! .. from reviewing options on line to placing an order , survey , construction, completion and after sales , pricing competitive , finance flexible as needed and the finish above expectation , a conservatory of what you want not what your told you can have .

We have a small new 3 bedroom semi and after living in a huge house in France for 25 years desperately wanted to create a little more 'living space'. We asked 3 providers to have a look at our needs and were immediately impressed by the response times, the reviews and the price. We decided to bite the bullet and go with this company. It was the best decision we have made. They tendered prices and adjusted specs to ensure we got the best 3x3 option for our Victorian conservatory. Every process then from the survey visit of the installation team to the delivery, construction and completion was as smooth as silk. It took 2 days longer than the original estimate but one only needed to witness the expertise and professionalism of the installers whose attention to detail and excellence was beyond reproach to understand why. All rubbish and landscaping was cleared at the end and the lawn and garden were virtually unscathed.
We are thrilled with this conservatory and have already spent happy hours in the evening sunshine enjoying the outside from the inside. From beginning to conclusion we cannot recommend Conservatory land highly enough.
