The implementation of the conservatory itself cannot be faulted. it went smoothly and quickly. Our options for choices were explained etc. We installed ours in 2021.
It is 2024 so still quite recent. The roof panels (we selected the bronze option) have begun to acquire water droplets in between. As the rain has pelted down, more panels are showing signs. WE are receiving a 'goodwill gesture' one panel. The rest we will have to buy but now we dont know whether it is worth it as we need a more superior material and we have their most superior one now !!
At times a strange and heavy noise occurs and first I thought it was something that fell on it but on looking up, the house roof has only deposited some moss. What is happening is becoming clearer. The panels are developing very tiny cracks. We will possibly have to change all the panels and guess what, it is past warranty so they will not do it !!
In 2026, I can say that the company, having read my bad review on TP, made amends and we are enjoying our conservatory with new panels where there was a problem. They acknowledged and did the deed. Thanks a million to TP and COnservatory land.

When you are trusted to select a conservatory company on a relatives behalf you take your time , read reviews and have conversations, after all it’s a big spend of somebody else’s money so it’s got to be right .
My first phone enquiry got me through with a very knowledgeable ( senior sales advisor) Alec , he asked and answered questions I hadn’t even thought of ensuring that what I had in mind was doable by them , he sent through links so I could send photos of the site , basic measurements etc . Within a day I had a good quote . Nothing was written in stone as an appointment with the installer was arranged to check measurements and if doable . Within hours I received a call from Karen who was our personal contact to walk us through the process and she informed us that Adam ( installer ) would be in contact to arrange a site visit . As I’m writing this it seems as there was a “rush “ but it honestly wasn’t, at no time did I feel pressured it was just efficient, personal and communication second to none. Adam the insaller knew his stuff and we talked through the installation, listening to our expectations in detail. It was only then we were happy to continue. Plans were forward, adjustments accommodated , colours , styles, handles all agreed . It was seamless
When the day arrived everyone turned up on time , in the right order and nothing was forgotten. Adam’s attention to detail was exactly what I’d wished for . Karen was in touch during the day to ensure we were happy which we were . Finished on time , finished to an exceptional standard, and one very happy customer. I /we have no reservations recommending ConservatoryLand . We have a beautiful sun room for my elderly relative to enjoy and added security to the back of the house. Thank you

From enquiry to completion, I could not fault any of it. The advise I was given. The contractors who fitted it where very professional and clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

Conservatory land got everything moving very quickly as I was on a tight deadline, everything arrived on time and perfectly synchronised. The fitting team were excellent, very professional and cleaned up after themselves, everything was completed in 3 days which was amazing. I absolutely love the finished product, from design to finish, brilliant job, I would highly recommend Conservatory land.

From start to finish they were great

Never once pushed or rushed us to make a decision as for us this was a massive decision. (Other local companies made us feel like we needed to make the decision that day and we're very pushy !)

I urgently needed to have a conservatory build for a personal reason and they exceeded my high expectations.

Excellent job well done

We downsized 'big time' last summer (if you know what I mean) from a large Edwardian Semi, with a conservatory, to a medium sized (that is small) new build with rooms that were quite small as well as being dark.
Since we needed more space, and light, we looked around to see what conservatories were costing. Googling "Conservatories near me" I happened upon ConservatoryLand and completed the online form which asked about design, size etc that we had in mind. I pressed Submit and received a price, a worryingly low price! Quite often when you fill out these online forms you find yourself being redirected to a sales team. This wasn't the case with ConservatoryLand - the price had already been calculated for me.
BUT, it seemed too low, far too low. I remembered the amount we'd paid for the conservatory in our previous house and thought that there was no way the price I'd been quoted could possibly be right.

It was only when I ventured further into the website did I realise that the conservatories being sold by this company were pre fabricated, either as self build or, if preferred, by professionally installers. The reviews I read on the site also reassured me that although the price was low the product was well constructed and, apparently, excellent value for money.

Since the ConservatoryLand factory was only about 45 minutes from where we live we made an appointment to visit and learn more about the product before committing our hard earned savings.

The visit put our mind at rest. The pleasant and extremely helpful sales person designed the conservatory on the computer in front of us, took us round the factory and, above all, answered all my questions, including the key one - since the installers are subcontracted (not employed directly), how do they ensure quality control. At no point did we feel pressured to buy their product.

The answers we received to this key question and many others reassured us that buying a pre fabricated conservatory was the way to go.

We ordered the conservatory on the 11th May. The installer carried out a site visit on 15th May and returned on 16th June to build it, finishing 3 days later. We were completely satisfied with the work of his team over that weekend, although less so when he was required to return a few months later for some minor tweaking to the guttering. The build was inspected by a ConservatoryLand employee over the weekend of the build, reassuring us once again that we were buying a quality product.

It needs to be remembered, that there are additional costs involved because internal finishing and electrics are not included in the price. Luckily we have a very handy son-in-law who helped us out with this aspect of the build.

Lastly, we love our conservatory and spend loads of time in it, even in the summer once the Sun has moved round to the front of the house and left it in the shade - leaving it comfortably warm.

Conservatory Land from the start worked tirelessly to make this experience a success. From the planning team to the build all work was started on time, all employees were friendly, efficient and, most importantly, keen to accede to our wishes rather than, for instance, promoting a 'company policy'. The finished product was sturdy and looks great!!

We over the moon with our conservatory. From the very first phone call made to ConservatoryLand to the follow up after installation. Extremely professional. Will (our designer)took onboard our expectations and produced a fantastic design and well under the price we’d been quoted on by other companies. Clifford (our installer) was meticulous at the site visit and offered additional advice to make the project even more attractive. Communication was efficient from the sales through to the design team and installation. Quality of this conservatory is excellent and it exceeded our expectations we are so pleased that we chose ConservatoryLand and would highly recommend to anyone.
