We are very pleased with the service at ConservatoryLand. The initial communication was very good. Also, the price was competitive and so far we're happy with the quality. We are thoroughly enjoying the extra room for our young children and so it's definitely been one of our best purchases.

We decided to go with Conservatoryland because there was no fiddly, messy concrete base to wait to cure (around one week drying time), with Conservatorylands metal framed option the outer frame and roof was up and sealed to the elements within four days of delivery, perfect, I'd definately promote Conservatoryland to anyone wanting extra living space, the grandkids love it

We bought a 4m x 4m Edwardian conservatory from ConservatoryLand and installed it ourselves. The company were great from start to finish and gave us any after-sales support that we needed during our build. We love our conservatory and spend a lot of time in it. Would definitely recommend ConservatoryLand to others.

Had conservatory about 8 or 9 years ago had nothing but trouble ever since with leaks and units etc etc
They used to be called everseal then changed to conservatory land still having problems even now but refuse to put right definitely would not recommend

After reading your reply this is not true the 4 units your implying are the ones your work men put sealant all over them and it wouldn’t come off which was caused through leaks we had as you took the conservatory apart and put back together but the problem still wasn’t solved then one of the units you had replaced had blown inside ie condensation in between the sealed unit which was reported on 4th February and you said that you wouldn’t do anything about it had enough of this company they just come up with excuse after excuse just go away lesson learned

Great experience from start to finish! Quality product with excellent customer service. Such a nice and easy process I had my new Conservatory fitted within weeks. The installer was knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions I had.

For anyone thinking of purchasing a conservatory with ConservatoryLand please take a moment to read my recent experience with them before you do.

They will tell you they have list of 'Expert Approved Installers' that will construct your conservatory for you and they will select and allocate one to you. Sounds great but in reality what this actually means is a random builder you've never seen before in your life will turn up and charge you the best part of £3000 for a couple of days work putting it all together for you (this is of course on top of your purchase price) and you will be completely at their mercy. Yes, you could do it yourself or find your own builder but why would you when they have these 'Expert Approved Installers' on tap ready to go?

Because your garden will be destroyed under foot, rubbish will be left for you to dispose of, your new expensive conservatory will be left unfinished with unsealed gaps. etc. and, in my case, my 'Expert Approved Installer' expertly decided to position the conservatory so that it actually blocked the windows of the patio door that leads to it from opening! I, of course, questioned this decision with the 'Expert Approved Installer' and was told "Well, just don't open the window then". Amazing advice I'm sure you'll agree for what was a colossal error on their part!

Don't expect any help from ConservatoryLand when things like this go wrong either because they will happily inform you that the construction side of the operation is solely between you on the 'Expert Approved Installer' and wash their hands of the whole affair completely.

Also, although it is briefly mentioned I would like to make it clear that unless you pay extra, your new conservatory will be the exterior shell only. Once you've paid for your conservatory and your 'Expert Approved Installer' you will also need to budget for flooring, insulation, plasterboard, plastering, all the electrics, sockets, lights, skirting boards, windowsills, door restrictiors, etc. and either do it all yourself or pay someone to do it for you.

You have been warned..!

From the initial enquiry, the whole team managed the process of sales order to the contractor arriving on site perfectly, keeping us informed of the various stages, dates of delivery,
The contractor was a delight to engage with despite the appalling weather they minimised the disruption of getting the conservatory installed a nice attention to detail it showed pride in workmanship

We recently had an orangery installed. Everything ran extremely smoothly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication from conservatory land was really great!
Would definitely recommend ⭐️
