Found Contract Divan beds by chance online while searching for a bed base for one of our single beds. Great price and speedy delivery and kept informed regularly on when the item was delivered. Bed base is perfect so would definitely recommend Contract Divan beds.

Zip & Link Superking
Bought the zip and link divan bases, two headboards and a 1500 pocket sprung mattress. The mattress is comfy but it does overhang the base a little bit. Generally product is as expected.

Very upset that on the first delivery only the mattress arrived. Had to contact company and they sent the base 5days later.Are deliveries not checked before leaving storage?

Order Mix Up
Unfortunately only 2 out of the theee mattresses I order got delivered. The company did try and get me the outstanding mattress delivered the following week but it was too late by then.I had to source something locally in a rush. So disappointed it didn’t work out with this company as otherwise their staff were helpful throughout.

This was a genuine mistake on our behalf, and we tried to rectify the issue by arranging for the missing mattress to be delivered the following week, which unfortunately the courier did let us down. Very poor communication
Very poor communication, I emailed twice for a rough dispatch/delivery date and got a very vague reply. Then when I rand after ten days i couldn’t get through, so emailed again and then the next thing I have a delivery date nearly three weeks after my order.

Good communication, so I knew when it would be delivered. Very helpful person on the phone. The mattress was great quality. The delivery man even offered to take it upstairs to the bedroom for us.Would definitely recommend this company.

Good but mix up with collection.elpful to…
Contract Divan Beds were helpful to deal with and we are pleased with the product. However the mix up with collecting the old mattress was a problem, as it was on its side in her small flat for 7 more days, which was inconvenient.

Order process was easier, and great level of advice on the phone too, which helped me select the right product. There were a few issues with the separate delivery company, but Contract Divan Beds worked hard to get this resolved on my behalf. Will use them again!
