The company were excellent throughout this transaction. However, I found the crystal glasses rather thick for our taste - this couldn't be seen from the illustration but they will be given as a gift or raffle prize to somebody else. Would not stop me from buying from Cookstore in the future and wish the company well.

Great service easy to order. Absolutely love the cutlery it really feels great in your hand and the weight is perfect. It has definitely got the WOW factor when you lay the table.

Excellent company. Minor problem with price, which was handled quickly, professionally and very politely. Things can go wrong, that’s life, it’s how they are handled that counts. This was exceptional.

I needed to replace my Schott Zwiesel glasses and I had broken half of them. Cookewarestore offered the best price for six glasses, a reasonable delivery time scale and, if I spent £50, free delivery. I added a rather nice apron (on special offer) to my basket and clicked buy. The glasses and apron have arrived and are exactly what I wanted.
I have one small criticism, too much plastic in the packaging. The outer cardboard box was much larger than the contents and the space was filled with air cushion plastic pillows. A smaller box would have done the trick with less plastic. It would be great if you used paper instead of plastic - shredded cardboard from old boxes?
