I have purchased a black and a rainbow crutch, a clip to attach my crutch to chairs etc to stop it falling over and winter ferrules for extra stability. All these products are top quality and have increased my confidence and sense of stability. I also receive lots of positive comments from people on how stylish and fun my crutches are. Service and quality from Cool Crutches is always first rate. They clearly understand their clients needs.

I've had nothing but great experiences with CoolCrutches and their customer service is second to none. Such a friendly company to buy from and you just know you're supporting a small business instead of a massive corporation.
I bought a walking stick that is just a million miles from a basic NHS stick. I love that it suits my style but more that it gives me confidence in its stability, doesn't announce my arrival by clicking with every step, and doesn't give me blisters or cramp in my hands.
Since buying the stick, I've returned for new ferrules including their amazing High Performance ferrules, which are awesome for bad weather like snow and slippery mud. Just about to buy a new one for this coming winter weather.
I've also purchased a wonderful device to stop my stick crashing to the floor every time I let go of it, especially at shop counters and supermarket checkouts! And I'm eyeing up the little clip-on torch. Oh, and I want another stick to go with a different style of outfits...it's all on my wish list anyway! I hope Santa is listening!

What a clever idea to design attractive crutches that can be an accessory as well as a walking aid.
The range of choice is amazing, and all of them beautiful designs. I chose a rainbow design that will match most outfits.
As someone who needs a single crutch on a permanent basis, I am delighted to have found one that is comfortable, quiet, supportive and also pleasing to the eye.
Delivery was very quick with DPD.
I had to phone to ask how to adjust my crutch, and the assistant was so very helpful and patient with me.

Excellent quality. My old stick was causing pain in my wrist. The comfort handle makes such a difference. I'll be buying another one as I fancy a plain black one.

I ordered a new pair of crutches (I was sick of my boring grey ones.) I wanted to go for the Skulls &Rose's, but sadly they were out of my range (not being VAT exempt), instead I went for the Funky Purple crutches. They arrived in the time specified, well packed in their box, and they did not disappoint. So happy with them, would definitely recommend the company.

I have been relying on NRS crutches for years, leading to sore shoulders and hands. After having to use them for an extended period recently, I thought there has to be an alternative solution. Thank goodness I found Cool Crutches! Fabulous range of designs, extra wide cuff and padding. Add excellent service and quick delivery as well. Can’t rate them highly enough (and the torch is an absolute game changer!).

Love these crutches. I now have two - a funky fun one and a plain black one. Sleek design that's easy and quick to adjust without all the ugly holes that most others have. Super fast delivery and the company will take old crutches for charity. 5 ⭐

I am very happy with my new stix, in the past i had no other option but to use n.h.s. stix and i'm sure you can imagine the "clink clink clink clink" on every step taken, but with these new stix-no clink clink, the only gripe i do have is the single handle foam grip, i would of liked 2 but that is easily overlooked with the quality of the stix, a very grateful thankyou

I canceled the order but they did not read my request of cancellation they sent it to me so I had to reject the delivery I have MND I cannot talk lucky I wrote it on a whiteboard so the driver could read it and I am still waiting for my refund

I have a rare form of MND (PLS) and my walking is deteriorating quite rapidly. I rely totally on my Cool Crutches walking sticks - I have 4 so far.
I wouldn’t use any other sticks - these are so solid and firm, they don’t “click” when I walk, the handle is flat and comfortable to hold.
There are many many different designs and colours or you can create your own.
I now also have a little torch that is made to fit on my stick - I’m so excited about this as I have to cross a busy dark road every day.
I cannot recommend this company enough - they are efficient, helpful, value for money and totally reliable.

We only heard about the Safe Sticks holders on Wednesday morning and ordered them straight away. Incredibly, they arrived before lunchtime on Thursday! Great little invention that will save lots of hassle keeping hubby’s walking stick to hand when sitting at a table. Excellent customer service and excellent product - thank you!!

I ordered a walking stick from Cool Crutches for my elderly father. He had recently fallen and had somehow managed to bend his NHS silver stick.
It arrived quickly and he was thrilled. It's black and sleek and very classy. He wanted to save it for "best" but, at 96, we suggested he should just use it and enjoy it. He says it feels very strong and stable.

I purchased a pair of black carbon effect crutches as I now use crutches daily and they look a lot better than the standard NHS silver ones. They arrived quick and looked nice. However after only 1 month the ferrules grip has completely gone and have slipped over. I now have to purchase more or upgrade to be able to actually use them which I find bad after how expensive they were. The cuffs on the arm could be a bit bigger as they are quite tight.

Game changer! My crutch came just in time for me to attend a hospital appointment on a day that I was feeling particularly unsteady and worried and what a difference it made, i usually use a walking stick but this provided me with so much extra stability and what a joy yo not have any clicking or clunking noises!
Brilliant company, fast delivery and they work to help recycle old walking aids to people in need in other countries so you can return your old sticks in the delivery box and they will be refurbished and reused, awsome!
