Beautidul walking stick so glad I bought it get so many compliments

Delivery from UK to Aus was really quick, especially considering I live rurally (about 2 weeks). I'm also super happy with the quality of the walking stick, as well as general ease of ordering.

Neo Walks web site is full of beautiful stylish walking sticks that are great for young and older people. The way their site guides you through ordering your new stick is clear and the guide on how to measure yourself to get the right length stick for you is good although I could have done with being reminded to measure with shoes on as I am very new to this and forgot. The whole experience was so easy and yes I do have my eye on a couple more.

Finally a stylish walking aid I am not embarrassed to walk around with.

I love colour ( sticks are for myself Racquel ) . Nice weight, not to heavy . Worth spending a bit extra to get the style that takes you away from the clinical look . I also love the uniqueness neo stick give. Thankyou ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These people are amazing. I had a slight problem with a walking stick I’d had for over a year. I emailed them for suggestions to solve the problem ( rust marks from where water had got into the ferrule) They were amazing and even went well over and above any basic customer service support to solve the issue. I was so impressed with them as they went way over what could reasonably be expected for customer service.

Loving my new stick as always. What made me so so happy this time was that from the day i ordered it, my stick arrived within 48hrs!! I couldn't believe it - usually it takes about 10 days to arrive? I have no idea why it was so quick this time, but am i bothered? Not in the slightest. Keep up the good work!!

The stick I choose was for my daughters wedding, received a lot of compliments from other guess and staff , it made me feel very happy and it is also very practical to use 10 out of 10 I would be more than confident recommending neo walking stick to anyone.

I just received my cane. I am so happy with it.Unlike the one I had this cane is light weight but sturdy. I am able to carry it without it feeling so heavy. As a MS patient that is key for me. FedEx delivered the box it was torn up and had a hole in it. It didn't have the rubber grip. I got in contact and they sent one out and it gets here today. I will be ordering another cane from them in the future. The only hitch and it wasn't their fault it is just a tad short that was my fault so I will be ordering an extender.

I have bought several walking sticks from Neo Walk Sticks and love every single one of them. The quality is superb, they are all statement pieces. I’ve had MS for 35 years and if I have to use walking aids then I want them to look good and coordinate with my clothing. Their customer service is amazing and reply very quickly. I got my cane so quickly. I decided I didn’t like the pink tip with the clear cane and I ordered new tips and they also arrived very quickly.
