I am pleased to hear the delivery went well and that your chickens are enjoying the finished coop; that outcome is ultimately what matters most.

That said, I am sorry to hear one of the panels arrived cracked and that you had to repair it yourself due to time pressures. That is not the standard we aim to deliver. Your comments regarding the instructions have also been noted and shared internally, as we are actively reviewing them to improve clarity and ease of assembly.

If you are happy to do so, please get in touch with us via email with your order number and a photo of the damaged panel. We will review this with our warehouse team and look at an appropriate resolution.
