Loved this product initially

Loved this product initially. However 3rd year of having it and its dropped the connection. The QR code to reconnect doesn't work and customer service is non existent to help resolve.

Sinds 1,5 jaar ben ik in het bezit van een Nestera kippenhok. Het is een hele investering maar ik wou dat ik het eerder had gekocht.
Het vorige kippenhok was van hout. De kippen werden gek van de bloedluizen. Kapitalen aan middelen tegen bloedluis heb ik uitgegeven. Om maar niet te spreken over de tijd die schoonmaken van het hok kostte.
Dat is allemaal verleden tijd. Geen luis meer gezien. Ik ben supertevreden.

We begrijpen heel goed hoe frustrerend bloedluizen kunnen zijn, vooral bij traditionele houten kippenhokken. Het is geweldig om te weten dat u sinds de overstap deze problemen (en het voortdurende schoonmaken en behandelen) achter u heeft kunnen laten.

We zijn blij dat uw kippen gelukkiger zijn en dat u het hok de investering waard vindt.

They are very nice and understanding, very helpful after a predator did some damage to the window vent in the duck house. They're sending a part for free!

I bought the penthouse large coop it…

I bought the penthouse large coop it was delivered very quickly within 3/4 days and took us about 3 hours to figure it out. Only down side it didn't come with instructions you kinda have to figure it out.
Chickens love it and it is a breeze to clean, just wipes down like new.
It's a top quality product I wouldn't think twice of ordering another one pricey but you pay for what you get in my opinion.
(Buy cheap buy twice) I wanted something that will last me years.
Top tip make sure you have good access to the back panel makes daily poop picking so much easier.

Ordered for my daughter as a birthday gift, so can’t comment on the product assembled. However, delivery was quick, the product came flat packed and looks superb. The courier used by Nestera were excellent throughout.

Rien à redire, mes poulettes y sont très bien et le quotidien est simplifié !
Je recommande sans hésitation.
La porte automatique est super également (pour une potentielle évolution, j'aurai simplement ajouté un controle à distance via une appli par exemple).

Door onvoorziene omstandigheden vanuit hen, namen ze proactief contact met ons op. Er is meegedacht en er werd ons een meer dan passende oplossing geboden. Ook bij vragen over de levering waren ze weer behulpzaam en werd er snel gereageerd. Super goede klantenservice! Wij zijn erg tevreden!

Good company to buy from

Good company to buy from. I did a lot of research about chicken coops before settling on the Small Penthouse from Nestera. Very impressed with the quality, ease of construction and overall design. It took two pensioners about 2 hours to put together. Good written instructions and plenty of useful videos online. The coop is solid, cosy for our girls and a dream to clean out, especially with the additional droppings tray. We also bought the automatic door which is essential unless you want to be up at sunrise everyday! We had one part that was machined wrong and wouldn’t fit. It was replaced overnight and fitted perfectly. Would recommend this company and its products.

The chicken coop is of outstanding quality and very easy to clean. It literally takes a couple of minutes. The only thing I’d change if it’s not there already is a QR code that sends you straight to a YouTube clip to make assembly more smoother.

Kundenservice verhindert Austuasch

Wie auch andere Kunden bin ich vom Kundenservice von Nestera sehr enttäuscht. Die Hühnerklappe der Firma Nestera gab bereits nach wenigen Tagen den Geist auf. Eine Reklamation wird seitdem vom Kundenservice verhindert. Damit habe ich nicht gerechnet. Die Hühnertüre ist teuer; ich habe nicht erwartet, dass Nestera den Austausch dermaßen dubios verhindert. Das geht bei diesem Preis wirklich nicht. Ich bestehe weiterhin darauf, dass die fehlerhafte Türe ersetzt wird und hoffe, dass das Unternehmen dies wie erwartet einleitet.

Nach nun Tagen erhalte ich eine Nachricht, dass bis Mai, also mehr als 5 Wochen, kein Ersatz für die Türe geliefert werden kann und damit kein Austausch möglich ist. Bis dahin sind meine Hühner nachts ungeschützt, obwohl ich die automatische Türe genau aus diesem Grund gekauft habe.

I purchased a Wagon. Not impressed

I purchased a Wagon. This is advertised and certainly priced as a premium product.

I managed to assemble most of it on my own In about four hours.

This despite every single component being numbered and the number bearing no relation to the numbers in the instruction booklet.

It also came missing critical bolts that would have cost pence to over supply but instead they under supplied by 8. So I can’t complete the build yet.

The product seems sturdy and as advertised but, given the price point, it’s extremely shoddy to provide such an inept instruction booklet, and fail to provide all of the necessary parts. And these parts were not accidentally missing, the number specified in the booklet arrived. Unfortunately the number specified doesn’t match the number required when you follow said instructions. So this is a systemic issue. Poor.

Wir haben leider sehr sehr schlechte…

Wir haben leider sehr sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Stall wurde geliert, auch die Tür, wenn auch viel später. Nun ist die Tür nicht funktionsfähig und ich versuche schon seit WOCHEN über alle Kanäle (Chat, Mail, Telefon) jemanden zu erreichen und ich bekommen lediglich (wenn überhaupt) die Nachricht, dass sich irgendwann jemand bei mir meldet. Das geht für die Preise überhaupt nicht.
