They arranged an appointment time to suit us and were really professional throughout. Following the appointment they were really prompt with the valuation report and kept us updated throughout and we were really pleased with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend them / use them again.

Armen was very professional and helpful with all the questions I asked. He took time to explain some things that could affect his valuation including the difference between mid terrace versus end terrace homes.
Also the staff at the office that I dealt with were very helpful. I would recommend them highly.

Highly recommended. One of the cheaper quotes that we had, definitely good value for money. Communication with the office was great, all questions answered and booking and payment was very smooth. The surveyor was punctual and professional, and the report came back exactly when they told us it would.

He was completely professional and informative throughout the valuation process to ensure I was aware what was taking place - this for me was beneficial being my first valuation completed.

Very good experience

Getting it all booked in wasnt a problem and they were very accomodating.

The surveyor was very knowledgable and answered all questions we had.

The only downside to the whole process was it was a bit slow getting the valuation sent over and we had to chase a couple of times.

Quick appointment and arrived on time, Phoned ahead. Friendly and helpful and got the report back within 5 days as promised.
