Home office refurb
Ordered a chair for my mum's home office. My Dad had passed away and we were doing a refurb making it more suitable for her needs. I was a bit worried about delivery as my Mum's pretty deaf and iMobile but she was really complimentary about the delivery guy. They offered to put the chair in the room for her. The chair itself (orangebox) was like new, and matched the description/pictures. This is my third order from this company and have been pleased each time.

I’m extremely happy with the Haworth Zody chair I purchased from Corporate Spec. The chair itself is fantastic—comfortable, well-built, and exactly what I was looking for.
I also want to highlight their outstanding customer service. When the chair first arrived, I encountered a small issue. I reached out to customer support, and their response time was incredibly fast. They resolved the problem immediately and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Happy with my purchase. Chair arrived in a pristine condition, delivered person was courteous and brought the chair to the first floor for me as I have a back issue. I just needed to oil the mechanisms because the chair was a bit still when I tried to adjust but after that it's been perfect for my health condition.

Humanscale Refurbished Liberty Task Chair
Website was excellent and informative. Description of chair I had chosen was detailed, especially explaining the level of refurbishment provided and options for material or leather finish. The chair when received was like a brand new chair. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. Perhaps not the cheapest when looking at refurbished or second hand chairs, but the website content, description and level of refurbishment made it an easy choice. I have not been disappointed and could not be happier with my purchase.

FALSE delivery claims
After much searching i found the chairs I was looking for.
Their websites states "free delivery on all items within mainland UK"
This is a lie. I wanted the chairs (several £ 000 worth of order by the way) delivered to Scotland. Oh, that will be an additional charge.
Last time I looked Scotland is still part of the UK.
Bogus claim, bogus advertising - I wonder what else is bogus at CorporateSpec?
Will order elsewhere...

Great customer service even when there was an issue
I purchased a refurbished office chair and traded in my old one. The first chair that was shipped had some issues. I contacted Michael Gonzales, and he was able to resolve the issue quickly, providing a replacement chair to me within 5 days. Very impressed with Corporate Spec!
