Excellent quality and service
Really pleased with my purchase. If I didn't know it was refurbished I'd have thought the chair was brand new, it has clearly been properly refurbished. The order and delivery process was great too, I did need to use your chat function to sort something out during the order and that was excellent. The difference a high quality ergonomic chair has made to my daily life is significant, no more sore and stiff back at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend Corporate Spec to anyone looking for similar purchases.

Perfect chair, arrived quickly, great communication
Perfect chair, arrived quickly, great communication. My Herman Miller Aeron chair arrived in perfect condition. The driver even noticed some imperfections in casters upon unloading and ensured these are replaced before delivery. Quick delivery, only a few days since the order placement. Would definitely use again.

Great value and quality, perfect for WFH!
I was in the market for an office chair, but buying new didn't make financial sense. After some research, I came across CorporateSpec and found the exact refurbished model I'd been looking into. Annoying loose arm rests.
Both arm rests are loose and rattling apon delivery, when emailed about it they asked for video evidence and then once given they ignored the email. Had poor tracking information so never knew when it was coming which fair enough is the logistics company fault not theirs

Update following initial complaint.
Following my original review (as can be seen below), I was immediately contacted by the company and the chair was delivered the following day.
Overall I am happy with the outcome but their lack of communication is what let the side down. May I suggest additional updates on your website so it doesn't just show "processing" for over a week as it then seems the order has been forgotten about.
The chair is great. It had a lot of really long hair wound up in all four wheels which was really weird and a bit yuck. I had to burn it off which again was a bit yuck. There are still remnants left which I'll have to live with.
The delivery people were top notch. Very friendly.

Ordered on 23 April. It's now 2 May. They've not even processed my order. They took my money on the day of order but since then just silence.
I'm starting to think I've been scammed. Will update review if anything changes.
Luckily I paid with a CC so can claim the money back.
