Amazing: Chair, Delivery, Service and Price
I saw other reviews saying the chair that other customers bought appeared brand new. After taking the plunge myself I can see what they mean. It's not 'Brand New', but the chair I got was in VERY good condition! I purchased it around midday on a Monday, and it was delivered 48 hours later (no special delivery charge, just standard). Honestly can't fault the product (or the customer service I received when I had questions). Very happy with the chair, price, delivery speed and support.

Quality product & great service
The chair itself was very well constructed and the refurbishment quality was excellent. Initially it felt very comfortable, however the seat cushion support was not great and I personally could not sit in it for more than an hour without feeling very uncomfortable. I persevered from about a week before deciding was not going to work for me, so I exchanged for a Herman Miller Aeron which I am very happy with. Customer service were very helpful and arranged delivery of the replacement / collection of the return very quickly and efficiently.

Super experience and loads of quality
As I have been at the showroom to try the best chair for me, I have been literally surprised about the amount and quality of the available products in stock.
Also the fact you can taylor fabric or leather is key and give you the idea of the service provided and the experience behind the process.

Purchase 4 Herman Miller chairs for my new office, all 4 were in fantastic condition, in fact its hard to tell that they were pre-owned, and I saved a small fortune. Delivered within days with tracking stating 30 mins away. Highly recommend these guys.

Herman Miller refurbished
I was skeptical buying a refurbished chair, but these Herman Miller chairs are expensive.
I have to admit I got a really good chair it feels strong and In excellent condition.
You have to watch some YouTube clips to get hang of the adjustments as it doesn't or at least mine didn't come with instructions, but that is very minor.

This is an exceptional company, with an A-Team and second to none products.
Thank you Nick (Sales), Adrian (delivery), and all unnamed wonderful professionals who refurbished, stored, packed and handled a stunning product.
Prices are great for designer, ergonomic, high end office chairs - less than 30% of the price of the brand new product, in practically new condition - in my case a £500 office leather chair, whose online retail value exceeds £1,500- £2,000.
Great people, great product, great service.
Highly recommend them, without reservations and I will certainly buy from this company in the future.

Excellent company. I would highly recommend them if you're after used top brand ergonomic work chairs for a very decent price. I went for a Herman Miller Mirra 2 and the condition it arrived in was top notch. Really impressed and I'm so chuffed with my purchase. Great thing is, it came ready assembled! Got the chair chair is perfect and works amazing definitely made the right choice.
It would be 5 stars but the delivery wasn't as clear as one would expect and had to wait a couple days for confirmation which at first looked strange but it arrived with no issues and theor support was reachable throughout which put the worries to rest a little even though it wasn't to clear.

Great experience
I got the chair. It was a great chair and I've basically saved over half a grand just by getting it refurbished. Works great so far, with minimal signs of wear, I'm not regretting the purchase so far. Delivery process was very smooth and I felt appreciated as a customer.

Got to give these guys credit.
I was skeptical they were even legit at first but decided to risk it, and am very glad I did. The chair I ordered retails for roughly £1100-£1200, and they delivered mine at £440 total, its in perfect refurbished condition exactly as described, can't fault the product or platform one bit.
The experience with customer service/support chat gives me the 4/5 as I had some issues communicating with them. Due to my job I had to make sure it could be delivered on a day I would be available to accept delivery, and there was some misunderstanding in my initial chats with support. I did feel somewhat uncomfortable with placing the order due to the organisation being not as well-known, and they did little to reassure me, which would have gone a long way. They also promised a confirmation email that my delivery would be scheduled on the day I requested, and although they did deliver it on my special requested day, there was no confirmation email sent.
Overall a good experience and a great deal, definitely recommend if you're looking to get a high-end chair for the long term but the full price is out of your budget.

We placed an order online for some new chairs just prior to Christmas which unfortunately became out of stock. Michael Gonzales quickly helped us find a suitable alternative at a matching price and arranged speedy delivery. All safely received this morning! Definitely the best place to buy an office chair
I bought a second hand office chair from Corporate Spec recently for a third of the price I'd seen it new in a local department store. I was apprehensive at first with the thought of 'if it seems too good to be true it probably is'; but it turned out to be a brilliant idea. The chair was in great 'used' condition, purchasing was easy, delivery was easy, I couldn't complain about any of it. For home offices there is such a difference between 'good cheap chairs' and 'premium chairs', so getting a premium chair from Corporate Spec for the price of a good cheap one was amazing!
