Absolutely Brilliant
Brilliant! Would highly recommend. I rang their office before ordering to check it was a real company! Can’t be too careful these days. They were of course! True to their word with delivery and excellent communication on day of delivery keeping us in the loop! Very friendly and courteous delivery driver too, thanks so much. The chair we ordered is like new and so comfortable. It even came with a spare set of wheels for a different floor type i.e. carpet or hard floor! Same chair in John Lewis, albeit brand new, is over £1,000!!! We highly recommend this company and would use again without hesitation. Thanks so much for such a smooth transaction, merry Christmas!

A desk chair
Ordered a desk chair from this company, next day delivery. There was an issue with the delivery. Service was prompt and the order was completed the day after.
How ever the promised refund for next day delivery has yet to materialise.

Excellent visit to their showroom before buying
After doing extensive research online, I decided to go for Corporate Spec because they offered appointments to try out their chairs at their store in North London. I booked a visit on a Saturday afternoon; the process was quick and simple, and I didn't think they would reply to my query because I only needed one chair for my home office. In fact, their replied immediately and when I visited the three chairs I asked to test where already ready to try; the member of staff was accommodating, knowledgeable and polite, and he didn't put any pressure for me to buy. He answered all my questions in a very friendly way and this level of in-person customer service really persuaded me to buy from them. The chair I bought looks like new, as well as the others I saw at the store. I would definitely buy from them again with confidence.

I purchased a refurbished Herman Miller…
I purchased a refurbished Herman Miller from them. Even at a refurbished price I was skeptical about spending this much. The chair is excellent and the service was even better. The chair works perfect for me and I no longer have issues with my back. After over a year of ownership I had an issue with one of the arms. Corpoate Spec came to my home, replaced the arm, and left me with a working chair.
You wouldn't get that from a mainstream supplier. Maybe a replacement part in the post.
Great overall experience from me.

Are those new armrests?
I was looking for higher quality office chairs without having to pay silly prices for the name when this site came into view.
The chair I ordered was of course refurbished, I don't know if they just cleaned it or re-upholstered it but the arm rests were so fresh they even had a little mould flashing on so I suspect they might be replacements.
The seat itself was impeccably clean, the only sign of it even being second hand was a little day to day wear and tear on the wheels!
All in all a very good experience, I paid the extra for the NBD delivery and it turned up with a reputable courier as promised.

I purchased a Flokk RH logic 300 from CS. The chair is in excellent condition, delivery was super fast. My experience with customer service was very good, they are really helpful. Definitely suggests to all people who are looking for high quality brands at reasonable prices.

If I didn't know better, I'd think this chair was brand new, and it's only half the price of a new chair. Plus the staff were exceedingly helpful with my order. I'm a big fan.

I’m very pleased with my new office…
I’m very pleased with my new office chair. It’s hard to believe it’s refurbished! It looks brand new! Delivery was excellent. I was able to track it all the way to the door.
The delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
