Very good.
My employer had a thin budget for a WFH chair (I've a bad back) and we compromised on a reconditioned chair which Corporate Spec provided. Much better than a cheap imitation or import. It is reconditioned to a high standard & after a few days use my back feels better for it. The chair also met with my employers ESG values. A win for everyone & the planet!

I really love those guys! We purchased two Herman Miller Mirra chairs for our home office (we are both software engineers, so we **really** use those chairs all day long), and they were always super fast on delivery and in the support! I'm sitting on my refurbished Herman Miller Office Chair as I type this and I can tell you... it is superb. Made all the more so by Corporate Spec, who swapped out my original chair as it did not have the forward tilt facility I had experienced in their showroom. They couldn't have been more helpful when dealing with my request and now I have the chair of my dreams! I highly recommend you give them a try.

Honest, Reliable with Great Savings!
The website is easy to use and view great savings on refurbished chairs! I contacted Corporate Spec via email to query the price of a chair and ask if there were other recommendations they could provide for a home office. I received an email from Kimberly who was polite and provided alternative chairs. I placed an order for a Steelcase Think V2. When the chair arrived the delivery driver waited whilst I checked the chair. Upon unwrapping the chair it looked and felt like a brand new chair, so there refurbishment is of high standard. I cannot fault the service, product, price or communication from Corporate Spec and definitely recommend them.

Spoke to customer service through online chat. They came back on email within 24 hours with a fantastic chair recommendation. Couldn’t have been more helpful, no pressure to buy, Chair turned up a few days later, looking like brand-new, even though refurbished.
