I’d buy from them again
I chose the chair from their website. It was price competitive to other online marketplace sellers, in particular because of the warranty and delivery fees.
The chair arrived well packaged and within a few days of ordering.
It was exactly as described.
Would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent prices and chair arrived…
Excellent prices and chair arrived looking like new. Would think it had never been used. The only giveaway is some light scratching around the wheel base.
Order takes about a week to be shipped, but once shipped it arrived next day.

Refurbished Herman Miller Classic Mirra Chair
I called Corporate Spec because I work from home and my old chair collapsed underneath me.
I wanted to buy a better quality chair but not at an expensive full price.
I found Corporate Spec who had a refurbished chair for less than half the price.
The guys in Sales were really helpful and were able to get my chair delivered for me the next day.
The chair is amazing and feels like I am using a decent office chair again :). No more neck and back pain!!

Problem resolved quickly
I bought a refurbished Haworth Zody chair and a couple of the adjustments didn't work correctly. The support team was fantastic. A replacement chair was delivered within 5 days and the defective one taken away. No cost, no hassle. Brilliant service.

I was a bit worried about the…
I was a bit worried about the refurbished chair, unsure what to expect. The chair looks (nearly) like the brand new one. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and the entire process. I was informed about the delivery and received it on time. Bonus points to the courier who helped me to bring the chair inside the house! It was heavy and big! Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Very pleased with the product. You would not know that this was a refurbished chair, it looks and feels brand new. I will be using again.

mixed bag for me, but decent company I think
The good:
Great customer service on the live chat. Really helpful and easy to get hold of at all sorts of times. Very impressed.
Fast delivery and nice friendly delivery driver.
Good prices.
The not so good:
Poor quality product in my opinion (Steelcase Leap v2. Not necessarily corporate specs fault though, more the chair design).
Got sent the wrong item at first, but that was quickly rectified.
Then had to return the correct chair, as it was very uncomfortable for me.
This was a pain, as no courier would take it without a box (chair just came wrapped in plastic), so had to pay Corporate Spec £60 to take it back themselves.
This took a while, but in the end they got it back and I got my refund.
Conclusion:
Now back on my ancient Steelcase Leap V1 highback once again and am £60 worse off for nothing other than a lot of hassle!!
Not the best experience all round, but I am sure that if the chair had worked for me, then I would have been much happier.
Overall, I think I would recommend Corporate Spec, as there are not many options for this kind of thing and I defo found them to be a solid company with excellent customer service.
Edit: They have just refunded me the £60 return charge, so I have to give them an extra star!! This was done with no request from me and was a big surprise, so can only say thanks.

Excellent service and quality product…
Practical and professional help finding me a chair. I have specific needs due to a back condition and Micheal was very helpful answering my questions and he responded quickly to emails. I ordered the chair and it was delivered within a few days and without any issues. I have to say the chair looks brand new and the quality is excellent you can tell this is an expensive item, you’d never know it was refurbished but the price compared to a new one was so reasonable, it’s a no brainer to buy from this company and I’d highly recommend them.

Great chair, great service
I can only echo what others have said about the company. I received very good service and an amazing chair that is perfect for me. It also helped that I don't live far from the warehouse, so I booked myself in for a visit. Trying the chairs out for myself was extremely useful and the staff on site helpful and knowledgeable.

Exceeded Expectation - 5 Stars
I’m super pleased with my chair, it far exceeds any expectation, I use it daily for work and it’s the best investment I’ve made for me for working from home.
The quality is great, I wouldn’t know it was refurbished if it wasn’t for the price, any refurb has been done to the highest standard. The communications from Corporate Spec was ‘on the money’, securely delivered in sturdy packaging, I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Amazing chair. I was concerned about a refurbished chair - it looks virtually new. Very well packaged and for nearly £1,000 less than the new price. The comfort level of a top quality chair has to be experienced to be believed. I thoroughly recommend this product
