I went to the Cardiff branch for breakfast yesterday and it was my second visit there. Lovely atmosphere, great staff and top quality food. It was pricier than most but the quality of the food showed why. The only tiny gripe I have is that the sausages could have done with a bit more colour on them and that is the only reason I haven’t given top marks

Do not waste your money or time. For very poor and the wait time shocking that’s even when you have booked a table. There are plenty of places in Nottingham that are far better.

We recently visited Cosy Club, Liverpool and had a delightful time. We ordered 2 classic breakfasts and 2 teas, and everything was spot on.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — stylish decor, comfortable seating, and a relaxing vibe overall. The service was truly excellent: friendly, attentive, and efficient without feeling rushed.

Our food arrived promptly and was delicious — the classic breakfasts were just as you’d hope: fresh, well-presented, and tasty. The teas complemented the meal perfectly.

In short: it was a thoroughly enjoyable morning. We’ll definitely be returning, and highly recommend Cosy Club Liverpool to anyone in the area looking for a great breakfast or casual brunch spot.

£17 for a small, bland, dry burger with a dry bun and a thimble of salad is a complete rip off. The plate looked empty before I started eating.

There was one tiny patty with almost nothing else in the bun.

Cardiff. Saturday night October 25. Such a disappointing evening.

Two of us had the same dry burger. One had fries but there were about 8 in a very small cup.

I’ve had better food and value for money at McDonald’s.

I use the Plymouth Cosy Club. The food is always great and fast. The staff friendly, the location is easy to get to, plenty of parking. Its clean and has a great atmosphere here.

Manchester cost club, poor customer service. Long time waiting for bar service, when more bar staff than customers only to be told customer who just walked up to bar with table had priority. Never again

Lovely polite staff. Too much emphasis on the decor and not the quality of the food. Didn't think you could go wrong with a simple scrambled egg on toast. However, portions was very small, runny, cold and tasteless. Looked like something my cat would throw up. They need to employ a better chef.

First time I have actually eaten here, been here for drinks many times. Wont be the last. The staff were so friendly, the atmosphere was so relaxed and the food was epic. Well worth a visit (for breakfast)

If I had a option of zero I would pick that, because I was working in the kitchen and I got bullied by the kitchen staff, and they talked to you like you are nothing, and most of them don't even know coshh, has I got bullied there and now they are trying to turn the whole situation back against myself, even know we all opened the restaurant for them as they were behind on the opening date. I would stay clear of working for this company unbelievable

My review is based on the Cosy Club in Bristol. We stumbled on this place purely by accident, whilst heading to celebrate my goddaughters' graduation. The atmosphere was wonderfully vibrant yet chilled and the staff were wonderful. Definitely somewhere I would go back to

Cosy Club in Reading is def the best place to go… staff are all freindly, service brilliant and the food was bang on.

Ive been to the one in Bath but this one by far gas the best Team, Service, and atmosphere by far.

If you are in Reading, pop to this place you will not be disappointed 😊

Why anyone would go here is beyond me. Terrible service. 3 staff asked about allergies and none remembered what they were. Waited over 10

Visited for breakfast.
Waitress greeted me, very pleasant.
We've closed the kitchen for 15mins she told me. I've come for breakfast was I said. "That's ok"she replied.
Except she didn't come back. I was completely ignored by everyone. I'll never return to sit for 20mins whilst everyone ignores me, and watch other customers being served. A lovely person, overheard my conversation, tried in vain to rescue the situation. I won't be treated like this.
No one deserves it. Cosy club Reading.

Have to say that I really like how the have done the Cosy Club in Reading, think it's only been open a couple of months. Totally different from other cosy clubs I've been to.
Food was ok but let down by bad service and the price of a slice of toast with butter and jam/marmalde (which didn't turn up even though we asked) - £4.95!!!!
Would have gone back (server could have been new - got so many things wrong and took 3 attempts to get the bill right) but price of toast (just one slice) is unforgiveable (this is Reading not London).

We went to Lincoln. It is a beautiful large restaurant with delicious food and very good service. Well done to Simon and team!

Cosy Club Coventry

Genuinely one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

We ordered two focaccia sandwiches — tiny, stingy portions that looked like they came from a kids’ menu — and then waited over an hour and a half for them. By that point we were starving. When we finally asked what the delay was, the waiter casually said “we lost your ticket.” Are you joking? That’s not just bad service — it’s a complete joke. Absolutely infuriating.

But it didn’t stop there. We ordered the cheapest bottle of Spanish rosé bubbly on the menu — nothing fancy, just something light to go with lunch. Instead, they brought out the most expensive one and actually tried to charge us for it. It honestly felt like a scam. What made it worse was the smug assumption that we’d be too distracted or tipsy to notice. They clearly didn’t expect someone to actually know how to pronounce the wine properly — lucky for us, I speak Spanish and clocked it straight away.

They handed us a £104 bill for a delayed, disappointing meal and a bottle we didn’t even order. The whole thing felt like a piss-take. The staff didn’t seem to care, no one took responsibility, and the attitude was just as poor as the service.

Completely chaotic, zero accountability, and borderline dishonest. Don’t go unless you enjoy wasting your time, money, and patience.

Cosy Club Cardiff disappointing

Vegan burger was burnt and crispy, chicken and bacon sandwich the chicken mayo mix tasted like sandwich filler and even had a fishy taste. Not cheap either would not recommend.

Shocking! Way overpriced for very mediocre food, portions were minuscule, Asian salad was bland to say the least, supermarket bag salad has more flavour…..
£5.15 for a bottle of water!! unbelievable.
And then to find that you have been caught yes caught for a further 10% added to the bill, “ discretionary service charge” how is it discretionary when you are not given the option to decline? just the card reader pushed towards you….
NEVER Again!

I have never left a review before but felt this place was well worth it.
We visited the Exeter Cosy Club on Thursday. From the outside I was not so sure about the place, but how wrong I was. The food and service was excellent. The staff were constantly on the ball and made sure every one was dealt with, with a smile.

Would like to say a special thank you to Trish and Taaliyah who looked after us on the evening.

Loved the quirkiness of the place.
Would definitely visit again if down in Exeter.

Cosy Club, Reading. Looks no substance.
The tables are unusually high in comparison to the seating, I felt like I needed a booster seat and owing to their design I had no where to put my legs/feet but sitting awkwardly sideways. The tables are also very close together & it takes a lean person to shimmy out between them without knocking anything off your neighbour's table.
The service was terrible, once seated we waited an age to be asked if we wanted drinks, this only happened because we caught a waiters attention. We decided it was best to order everything at once going by the huddles of staff not doing much else other than seemingly having a great time hanging out together.
Eventually got served drinks, only to be asked less than 5 minutes later by the same server 'are these empty?'!!
Food was average and overpriced.
After dinner we decided to head to the bar to meet friends, lots of bar staff acknowledging our existence but after 10 mins waiting we were told we were stood at the wrong end of the bar to be served and should move to the other end whereby it was even busier (no sign to say this area is not for service), we left and found another bar close by who could accommodate us.
I realise they've only just opened but lots of staff and still can't ace the service, come on Cosy Club! Such a shame.
