Me and my girlfriend came here for a Saturday breakfast. The interior design and general vibe was unreal, so beautifully done. We were served by Ashley who was so polite and attentive, he had a really lovely warm energy and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Will definitely be coming back again! Thank you <3

The rudest front of house person asked me a fifty one year old woman why I was using their stairs and I could not use it as a cut through. I was going downstairs to summon my friend from outside. His tone was condescending and he has ensured we will never visit again. Mainly because my friend was horrified when I told him what had happened after we left.

Walked in off street to have lunch. Managed to get a seat by window. Great view nice weather so outside area was full.
1 of the servers was very attentive and kept checking in. Only once we asked for our drinks after waiting ages. The 1st server Forget and never came to take order.
However when food arrived it was tasty lunch.
Decor was great.
Toilets very dark and dull. Hardly see.
A few ppl had to shine there phone camrea torch to check the locks on the toilets.
Overall we will return.

My daughter had dinner with her friend in Cosy club Basingstoke two days ago . Both of them ordered same dish : beef steak. After few hours later both of them had same symptom : constantly through up , headache, aching, muscle, which typical steak poisoning symptoms . Contact with Basingstoke cosy club spoken to manger Sharn who was not interested and not concerned any customers health. It’s too busy to dealing the case ! Very disappointed

We arrived at midday and the restaurant was pretty quiet. We stood waiting for the woman at reception to greet us but she ignored us. I politely tried to get her attention but she told me to wait. Then when we said we just wanted a drink she directed us over to some lounge chairs with tables covered in dirty plates. After about 15 mins someone came to clear them. We ordered food from the bar. After 40 mins it still hadn’t come so i had to go back to the bar (she told me she had forgotten & gave me our drinks). Another 10 mins later our food arrived but it was the wrong order. Nobody apologised. Finally about 15 mins later, after i had to revisit the bar again, our food arrived - the tiniest chicken salads i have ever seen for £15 each. Still nobody apologised.
Just appalling. Won’t ever go back.

I booked a table fro Saturday 16th March for my sons 18th Birthday celebration. There were a few things that hadnt been set up that we requested before the event but they were all sorted out with minimal fuss once I explained what I needed. There was a lack of communications between booking and waiting staff. However, the food, service drinks, atmosphere was absolutely 10/10 and we all had the very best time. Thank you very much for a memorable evening. We will be booking again for our next special event.

Today we went to cosy club Ipswich, we wanted a meal and a drink. haven't been in town for some time and previous visits have always been good although just for coffee or a drink. however today I felt degraded and humiliated .
I was asked if i needed a menu with allergies, I am gluten free and need a diet that is. I have been for many years now since 2005.
They provided one and we proceeded to our table, we ordered two seabass one gluten free although they are both gluten free and i did know why mine should be different. ? and a beer, a Daura. I have had before at other places and is acceptable. these arrived with the labels ALLERGY on them, i was astounded to say the least, I felt in the company of my wife and other guests in the club that i was being labelled an undesirable a diseased person someone who should be ringing a bell as I went on my way declaring "unclean unclean, I have a gluten allergy".
the waiter felt my Roth as he tried to explain it was company policy but it failed to levitate my feeling of utter humiliation. I have photos to back up my grievance and intend to spread this experience to every media surface i can find, the treatment of people with allergy's is not for us to endure and companies like Cosy club should change there ways in future, i for one do not intend to ever use a cosy club ever again. Cosy Club Norwich. Sat down at 7pm. Starters arrived at 8.30 pm, focaccia substituted with stale sourdough bread - virtually inedible. Main course arrived 8.45pm and again, food was extremely poor and nothing like the menu description, with some key ingredients missing. If that was the work of a professional chef, its time he was sacked. An awful experience, not to be repeated.

Charging 10% service charge for 2 persons , normally I don’t mind when there’s 12 of us but charging 10% to bring me my dinner ???
Even when I’m in the USA it’s optional,, BUT Cosy think it’s ok just to add it to the bill , it’s not Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons
They tell you only after review that it’s discretionary but they don’t tell you that at the time !

Booked to have my husbands 40th meal celebrations with friends at Cosy Club. Despite booking a large booking we were put on two tables with a beam in the middle separating us, table was booked for 7pm, starters (which was a serving platter so could have easily been prepared for our arrival as pre booked) didn't arrive until gone 8. We didn't have our mains until 8.45 (FOR A 7PM BOOKING!), and even then all the steaks were served lukewarm, which we complained about. Had a further activity booked for 10 so had to rush at the end as service was so slow, I didn't get to finish my meal. Also the table split meant we were severed separately so one table had their food served before the other table, the first table finished their mains before the second table were even given there's, which given I booked as one big party was just shocking. Also there were balloons that kept popping making the entire atmosphere unbearable with all the loud bangs. Bar service was slow, with one particular bar staff member on 2 occasions choosing younger girls to serve first despite us waiting longer at the bar. All in all awful service, not great food. Wont be going back there again.

we arrived early so ordered drinks at the bar. our friends arrived 10 minutes or so later but our drinks didn’t I ordered drinks for our friends .5 minutes later our drinks arrived-15 min or more after our original order-the restaurant wasn’t busy!
when we were taken to our table the member of staff was extremely pleasant and said someone would come immediately to take our order- that didn’t happen.After about 10-15 minutes the original member of staff came to take our order. Food was good! We ordered 2 glasses of wine which didn’t arrive. when we asked again they were brought quickly ,by which time we had eaten most of our food. Two large glasses were brought which we certainly did not order. we wanted one small and one medium but we weren’t asked
The toilets were out of order. We were told there were public toilets just around the corner but we could not find them. I asked another restaurant if we could use theirs
I understand things go wrong sometimes but the who whole visit was a disaster.
I have visited other Cosy Clubs in different locations in thepast and have been very happy with the service

Went to Cosy Club Milton Keynes with a friend last night. We both enjoyed our meal but dud think it was quite overpriced. I had teriyaki salmon and she had paprika chicken. The following morning first thing we both messaged each other to check how we were as we have both bee. Unwell all night. Definitely not a place to revisit

Went for Xmas dinner on Xmas eve. Felt it was value for money, food was very tasty. Service was good. Love the decor and the old building in Leicester branch.
Overall, I recommend.
Drinks are expensive and as usual a bit heavy handed with the ice in cocktails but that's the same everywhere!

Cosy club Ipswich
A very poor experience all round.
We booked a table for 6pm, it took five minutes for someone to even seat us.
Our order was finally taken after fifteen minutes.
Our starter did not arrive until 6.40pm and was tepid.
Our main course arrived at 7pm, in two parts, mine first then after five minutes I had to ask a waiter where my wife's main course was.
My main course was very nice; however my wife's burger was actually pink in the middle, she had eaten some of it before she realised.
The service was appalling, despite asking for water twice, we didn't get any until asking a third time.
We complained and the staff agreed we would pay for the burger and didn't charge for our drinks, but still paid £27 for a really poor service and a bad meal.
We were unable to have dessert as we had booked to watch a show and the late service meant we didn't have time.
Really awful rushed atmosphere as well.
We went having heard some good things but won't return, it really spoiled a nice evening out.

Went with family for a meal yesterday .long long wait for food .therefore a lot of us so I don't want to be too harsh about that .I have intolerance to some food groups one of which is sour dough and when asked about allergies etc the guy , presumably the mamanager was beyond rude to me and wanted to know how and why .another member of staff gave me the third degree on the same subject. Shouldn't it be enough that I have problems with this or perhaps because most of their menu is based around sour dough products and they don't know how to offer alternatives .who knows .I felt very uncomfortable with the level of interagation although our waitress was lovely and apologised for their behaviour towards me .on ordering tea and coffess the guy on the tea station I was sat opposite took 14 minutes to put a small order together in between wiping his nose on his arm ..gross and scratching himself continually ..he seemed to be filling in time as after that he disappeared. I've been here before and the service has always been slow .I was ready for that .but I don't expect to have my intolerance called out loudly in a busy public space and just not overall the best place you could choose to eat .

Extortionate prices for cheap food
£30 for a 3 inch piece of Belly pork and under cooked Dauphinois potatoes.

Very poor experience,
Definitely will not be going back.
