All our styles have the same extra roomy fitting (6E for women and 3H for men) and can be adjusted to fit a range of swelling.

I will Never again will I shop with this company ordered a pair of shoes on line they were sent to wrong address got on to them to be told another pair has been sent that was a lie after 5 days no shoes got on to them again to be told them shoes was out of order.and i wasn’t informed until I contacted them so i ordered another pair surprise no shoes got on again to be told they hadn’t left the wear house and they don’t know why this is the lady I spoke to was very helpful said she has sent them out if I could give no stars I would.the worse experience ever I appreciate the apology from cosy feet means a lot thank you

While the initial delivery issue appears to have resulted from the address entered at checkout, we acknowledge that our handling of the situation afterwards fell short. We do ship to many countries but unfortunately not Bosnia and Herzegovina, for insurance reasons.
Therefore, it does not appear on the list of countries. When you placed the order, you selected Germany instead.
We had to cancel the order because your address is not in Germany.

Package arrived promptly and the socks are fine for everyday use. It's a pity you don't do a walking/hiking sock, thicker but with the same qualities.

extra long tongue in left shoe
the tongue on the left shoe seems very long and digs into the bottom of my shin, i'm going to see if i can get 1/2 inch cut off of it otherwise they are very comfy

Great footwear for high insteps and diabetics
We initially found getting the correct size difficult due to the brand being much roomier than most footwear. I called Cosyfeet for help and a very friendly and helpful lady gave me some great sizing advice so now my husband is delighted with his Richie slippers! They are perfect for his high insteps and diabetic feet.

sub-standard over priced
Bought 3 pairs of socks for over £25 - terrible quality, really thin- holes after 4 hrs wear - they said send them back for arefund but its not good enough =- why should I have the hassle? why can't they sell decent products - will never but from them again - its happened before buit I thought I
would give them one mre chance - bad decision on my part
Update: received a full refund for the socks - I have had no problem
In the past with their thicker socks and will only purchase those in the future - the thinner ones are not up to scratch in my view - very good customer service as usual

From speaking with someone in chat to ordering and delivery I cannot give sufficient praise. The online agent actually answered what I asked and the ordering was very straightforward. A pair of shoes and slippers ordered on Friday and delivered today (07.06.25). A joy that both pairs fit and are extremely comfortable. Thank you to all involved and will recommend using Cosyfeet to anyone who struggles to find footwear to fit in terms of width.
