You need to fix your web site
You need to fix your web site. If you are out of a model/size/width -show that on te web or contact the customer for a resolution - do not just substitute another model and ship. For an American customer to send back to the UK for a refund is a real pain. Plus it ties up your inventory.

Love these , so comfy , great for walking , delivery was quicker than expected and also to get a wide fit is very helpful . My only gripe is that considering they were £120 they charge for delivery , most companies don't charge for products over £100 , but overall happy with my purchase and definitely order from them again

They take your money even when they…
They take your money even when they must know they don’t have the items in stock. Do not buy from them. I ordered 2 pairs of extra wide fit shoes costing £195. The day after I received an email stating that both pairs were out of stock and suggesting two very different alternatives, one of which was slippers. I cannot understand how they can process an order, take your money then immediately say it’s out of stock, one pair perhaps but two is very surprising. Extremely disappointing, I feel very strongly that they take your money and then decide if they can meet the order. I also imagine many of their customers are elderly people with health conditions and in real need of specialist footwear. I have asked that they remove any of my personal details from their records. I’d be curious to know how many other people have had similar poor customer service. Would have given zero if available.

Bought a pair of New Balance trainers
Bought a pair of New Balance trainers, dont see a way to leave individual review, so leaving this here.
Men's Wide Fit New Balance M411RU3 Walking/Running Trainers.
These shoes are coming apart in a space of 3 weeks after purchase. Also they are designed so stupidly that after 3 weeks of walking the sole is so flat that the grooves make a popping sound on smooth surfaces and even on pavement when wet, I get to walk around like an idiot with pop every step of the way, the heel support is also already half destroyed, just overall 3/10 on quality for these shoes.
Edit: no issue to resolve just wanted to leave a review on the shoes.

Very comfortable shoes.
First order was too big.
Returned and exchanged for smaller size.
This was done quickly and I was kept updated throughout.
The shoes are extremely comfortable and well made. Can be worn dressed or casual. Will definitely buy more.
