Have searched everywhere for some wide…

Have searched everywhere for some wide fit closed toe comfortable sandals . I have lost count of the shoes sent for (we have only one shoe shop where I live) which have had to be returned as too small, too narrow, too long etc. etc.These Cosyfit sandals are extremely comfortable and airy and ideal for wider feet. Yes perhaps on the pricy side but worth every penny.

Very impressed with Customer Service

I am very impressed with Cost Feet’s Customer Service. I wrote a poor review of a pair of sandals with a very hard footbed that hurt my feet and I got a reply saying -“Send them back for a full refund”. I said I couldn’t because I’d worn them, and was told Cosy Feet always accept unsatisfactory footwear back even if it has been used. So I did and I have just had a full refund! Thank you so much. If I could find my original review I would amend it but I can’t. Sorry.

Extortionate delivery costs

Extortionate delivery costs for no apparent reason. The collection option is even more which is ridiculous. No way it would cost them that much to post a pair of slippers.

Louise was so helpful and kind in helping me with an issue with sandals purchased last year and resolved it easily and also placed an order for another pair for me as a back up pair for my Mother at a reduced cost. Thank you

I've ordered many pairs of shoes over the past years and always find them to be of high quality. Due to medical problems the larger fittings work perfectly for me especially when wearing orthotics. Some nice men's styles too and the bonus of velcro straps rather than laces are perfect for me.

I have a wide foot, and it is difficult to find shoes. I bought items 3 times. It is terrible, the cost price does not correspond to the quality. Last purchase slippers, 71 pounds. Real price 20 pounds. Pieces of cheap synthetics. Sole thin-uncomfortable.And the rest of the purchases are of low quality. Shoes. Expensive. Complete discrepancy between prices and quality.

Lovely shoes.

Ordered on line. Quick delivery. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my mum. She loved both pairs and the fit was comfortable. I took out insole which gave her even more room in the shoes. Have bought 3 different pairs in the last month. Expensive but worth it.

Ripped off by Jim

I bought a pair of Jim shoes in a winter sale. On delivery an offer of 10% off if l purchased another pair. I took up the offer and bought another pair of Jim.
Then came the big disappointment because the Jim shoes were again reduced in a sale to less than l paid with The 10% off. This leaves a customer feeling “ripped off” and unlikely to make further purchases.
