They did what I asked them to do and order came very quickly. Box was as new and contents in perfect condition. I am thinking of buying some socks with 10% discount.

I am frustrated because I placed an…

I am frustrated because I placed an order for a size 7 uk as I needed a us size 9. But instead I received a size 5 uk which is a us 7. I explained in several emails that either I was on the uk website or a mistake had been made on their end. The confirmation emails did not mention the size ordered or I would have picked up on the error. Now I paid $20
For shipping only to have to return and customer service says they cannot refund the shipping cost. I just feel as a returning customer who had bought pairs for my mom in the past that this could have been handled more amenably. In my emails I also asked about the sizing more than once but never received a response… I will now need to order two sizes because the shoes seem to run large. The uk 7 actually went on my mom’s foot but would probably be too uncomfortable for her. I am upset about being charged shipping on the original pair I am not sure how the error occurred but some kind of compensation from customer service would have been appreciated as a one-time courtesy. I asked to correspond with a supervisor but was advised this is their policy. No refunds on shipping no matter what!

Excellent customer care

I ordered my 94 year old Mum a pair of shoes from Cosy Feet. A few weeks later, after initially telling me they fitted okay, she confessed they didn’t fit well. As she’d worn them outside I assumed we were stuck with an expensive mistake. A few weeks ago she visited the Cosy Feet shop in Street and got measured up properly. She mentioned the shoes she’d bought and was told to return them for a full refund which I have just done - they even sent a pre-paid returns label. Really excellent customer service.

Excellent, fast service from Cosy Feet, using reliable mail. Also, helpful and knowledgeable assistant at the end of the phone.
My husband is an amputee, so we were pleased to be able to purchase just one slipper. Thank you,

I thought I would give this company a review!just recently I ordered for 1st time from this company some sandals for my husband they were excellent quality but unfortunately they just weren’t suitable for him . The service from this company was 1st class they arrived quickly & nicely packaged also no messing about returning package & very quickly gave you a full refund.I would definitely use this company again & recommend.

Mens Socks

I can only comment on the two types of mens socks that I bought. one of wool and one of nylon. After only one wash the wool ones reverted to raw wool, and the nylon ones went from black to grey.
The company stated that there was nothing wrong with them after I returned them.
Do not buy, high price and low quality.

This company sends unwanted mail…

This company sends unwanted mail through the post to a family member even though i removed their details from my account months ago. I am trying to close my account but have been sitting on the chat box for half an hour (Queue position: 1), like i havent got better things to be doing.
