Fabulous products . Really great quality. Fast delivery. Will definitely use them again.

Good website, good prices, good communication and delivered as stated.

Dealt with online so no personal contact. But everything worked smoothly for delivery within time.
Initially very pleased with purchase although now having worn it twice I find that some poppers are very difficult to join-different sizes perhaps?-and the lower part of the zip is extremely difficult to join and get to work. Having worn it I will make the most of it as it has worked very well on two wet days in the field.

The order was fulfilled very quickly, it arrived 2 days after being placed

There was a problem with the order that was sorted out very quickly. Thank You.

slow delivery, had to chase up and took 3 days before I got a return email, stock that was showing on the website they didn't actually have. However items are fine when they did eventually arrive

The gilet was so smart and much appreciated by the recipient. However, it did not arrive in time for a big birthday. I had to email and phone to chase the order up. If there is a problem with dispatching an order, which can happen, then the client should be immediately advised and not have to chase up. It is simple enough to send an email advising of a delay in despatch.

Craig and his team make service an important feature.
I like the Hoggs shirts.

Excellent, prompt service above and beyond the norm.

Excellent service and very fast delivery. No fuss. Sadly have to return Seeland Woodcock vest as it is very small sizing. One star removed as it would be helpful to have this information on the website.

Easy online purchase and quick trouble free delivery by Royal Mail.

Swift delivery. Quick replacement (first item too small). Excellent product at a reasonable price.

Order took a long time to arrive but there was a note acknowledging this in the parcel.

Took ages for the boots to arrive despite paying £6 for postage.

Although there was a delay the team kindly explained why and apologised and managed to get my coat out quickly. My coat is exactly as described and brilliant value for money and I even smiled at the little apology that was written with my coat. Excellent customer service. Would buy from them again 😊

Jacket arrived with a wee handwritten note apologising for the delay in sending it out, lovely gesture. Perfect fit once again, great service.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, when I had a query. Will use them again.

Delivery cost me £6 and took over a week to get here
