We have used County Clean for many years now. Long since before it installed a brand new mini-sewage system for us. They de-sludge and clean our system regularly. Always giving us a reminder when it is due and arriving precisely st the arranged time to do the job. The operatives are friendly and very willing to perform what in reality is an unpleasant job. No mess. No fuss. Job done. You wouldn’t know they had been unless you saw them here.

A quick, clean job on our septic tank as usual
We have our septic tank emptied once a year by County Clean - always in January to minimise damage to the herbaceous border which hides the lid. County Clean's drivers deal very well with the tricky access to our property, and once again the job was done quickly and cleanly.

Thank goodness for people who listen and do exceptional work.
On Saturday 23 Nov 24 We had waste water with an oily film coming up through our shower drain and gurgling of water in the toilets.
Nextdoor have a surge pump to deal with extra waste water, they have been waiting for a new pump spoken to the company who order it in Sept but as yet it hadn’t been dealt with. And this is why we had the problem with flooding coming up into our house.
We want to say a big thank you to Nathan from County Clean group, he arrived on such a terrible night weather wise, sheets of rain and high winds, hailstones and absolutely freezing cold. Nathan worked solidly for near on 5 hours working solidly to get the blockage and waste water flowing in the right direction rather than coming into our house, he made sure the waste water was flowing into the road drains. The new surge pump part has been ordered by Nathan to get the surge pump to get it working fully again and hopefully it will be fitted soon.

COUNTY CLEANSING-EMPTYING SEPTIC TANK
First time we have used this company. We knew nothing about septic tanks but we knew the last owner had used this company. Lionel arrived, was friendly and explained everything about our septic tank. He was not looking to rush away. He was very good at his job and had it all sorted very quickly. I fully recommend this company.
