Unprofessional Onboarding " Azad"

Azad contacted me last week, and this review is based solely on that interaction. I haven’t used the platform itself, so this reflects the onboarding experience only.

He was one of the most unprofessional salespeople I’ve dealt with. Overly aggressive, constantly interrupting and dismissing my questions as “arguing” when I was simply trying to understand the platform. His approach was blunt to the point of being disrespectful and completely unhelpful.

That interaction raised immediate red flags. Pricing wasn’t transparent. Only vague percentages were mentioned. I was later told it costs £2,400 per year, despite this not being clearly stated anywhere on the website. There’s also no monthly option or trial, which feels like a way to lock drivers into a large upfront cost.

From what I’ve heard, drivers typically earn around £0.50–£1 per delivery starting out, yet Azad insisted it’s £1.20–£1.50. When challenged, he shut down the discussion and pushed his version as fact.

Overall, the experience felt misleading and put me off signing up.

Azad's intention during your conversation was to clearly explain how the platform works and ensure you had accurate information. We appreciate that you were asking questions to better understand things, and we are sorry if the communication style came across as interruptive or dismissive, that was certainly not our intention.

In terms of pricing, We always aim to be transparent. The annual cost and structure are explained during onboarding, but we take your feedback on board that this may not have felt clear enough at the time, and that’s something Azad and team will work to improve.

Regarding earnings, we shared typical figures based on current data from active drivers. However, we completely understand that earnings can vary depending on multiple factors, and we should have made that clearer rather than presenting it too definitively.

We appreciate you raising these concerns, as feedback like this helps improve how we communicate and support potential users. If you’re open to it, We would welcome the opportunity to have a more constructive conversation and provide a clearer, more helpful overview of the platform.

Excellent platform, utilising it fully is key!

The platform is really good, Its easy to use and has a lot of really great features. I was going to give it 4 stars but that would not be fair as I have only just started using it, and I know I'm not using it to its full potential yet, but I'm getting there. I did get a job on the first day of using CX and have done a few more since. I am happy once I am using it fully it will be worth the cost.
The staff have all been very professional and helpful, a shout out to Amanda from the onboarding team for being amazing and getting me started.

Keen and Helpful Support Staff

Please read until the end. I initially had a few problems starting on the platform. I often think the computer systems brought in to make things easier, can often cause a lot of problems. You can't beat a fifteen minute face-to face interview. However, after start up was completed and I started doing some jobs on the platform. I can only praise the CX staff who have been very approachable and extremely helpful. I must say I was a little sceptical about paying so much money to join but since joining i have had a constant steam of work, whenever it was needed. I wish I'd joined up earlier.

We have attempted to contact you regarding the concerns you raised but were unable to reach you. Please reply to the email we sent when you’re available so we can discuss this further and provide full clarity.

In regard to your refund query, we have already outlined our policies in the email sent to you on 25th February.

As stated in our Social Media Policy, the use of social platforms to defame, intimidate, or publicly shame another member is strictly prohibited. Your Google review against another member’s customer was in breach of these guidelines. You were asked to remove the review on 15/01/2026, and as it remained in place, the Revocation Panel confirmed the breach and made the decision to permanently revoke your account from the Exchange.

If you respond to our email, we’d be happy to go through the details with you directly.

Ive been using CX for 6 years now

Ive been using CX for 6 years now, And this last 6 months is the worst ever. You used to be able to make money around 8-15k a month, now its more like £3£4k if lucky.. The companies on there like Cal same day Pay like 90p a mile if lucky. Also If you refer people they say they will give them 2-3 months extre free, THEY DONT, i refered 2 separate people and when it came to renewal date ( 12 months ) that they dont get the extra months as it wasnt listed on the plan. And today I tried to contact a company about an Invoice, They had been taken off the system as CX had restricted there access and said I cant contact them due to DATA pretection and said theres nothing they can do!! They Say everyone is paid by smartpay, trust me they arnt! its a nightmare. As for the new Drivers APP , waste of time. You could be 200 miles away and it lists all the jobs back home as if you can get to them in 1hr.. JUST AVOID ...

Just signed up to the app and so far my…

Just signed up to the app and so far my experience has been very positive. The registration process was straightforward, and getting set up didn’t take long. The Onboarding team explained everything I needed to know (David Lam).
Looking forward to building my profile and securing regular work through the platform. First impressions are strong, and it seems like a solid tool for couriers wanting to grow their business.

I recently left a negative review because I was having issues with the new app and job returns. After that, the CX team contacted me directly. They were very polite, professional, and took my concerns seriously.

They listened carefully to my feedback and worked with me to sort out the problem. I really appreciate the way they handled the situation and the support they provided.

With the limited information provided, we’re unfortunately unable to cross‑reference your account details at this stage. To help us investigate properly, please make sure to submit a ticket directly through the app whenever an issue occurs. This automatically generates a bug report, which allows our technical team to review what happened on your device and work on a fix more efficiently.

Regarding return loads, it’s important to ensure that you set your return journey within the app. This is how the system knows where you’re heading and enables it to match you with future job alerts along your preferred route. Without this, the platform isn’t able to push relevant opportunities your way.
