I got a nice surprise from them today. I had a free trial earlier this year and did a job but wasn't paid by the job poster. Could not get hold of the company and it turns out they have stopped trading, so I was down about £100.
After the trial, I paid for a month's subscription then cancelled. They are busier than 2 years ago when I also subscribed for a while, but still not busy enough for small van work.
The nice surprise I got today was another free trial, valid until I get another job. 👍
If I had a bigger van I think they would be worth subscribing to, depending on where you work.
I told them that I just had a small van and would subscribe if they had a lower price, but it doesn't matter to them despite the fact that smaller vehicles cannot earn the same amount as larger ones.
I may subscribe again next year for a while and see if they are busier than this year.
Definitely not as bad as some of the other reviews say.

Waste of time. Yet to get any work through this site even in a very central location. Late to the party every time and better off working directly. Expired jobs kept on their platform to boost their poor numbers ( I know since I've carried out the jobs myself already). Work that is there pays peanuts. Look elsewhere.

Gained some great customers through this platform, new app is improved and is so much better than it was 2 years ago.

£40 a month plus VAT when All the jobs they list are from Courier Expert for £10 a month!! Plus the jobs go on late so you're best off going direct to Courier Expert.

Didn’t pay for around ten jobs. Out of pocket fuel price and time -£1200 invoices. The asked me not to cancel subscription or they won't help me get my money back. - £40 for 4 months of subscription, I never received any money

I do not recommend, do not check the people who request transport services, I have unpaid invoices from several people brokered by them. They do not have an option to cancel the subscription, you have to do it manually by email
