Just returned from a wonderful trip to India and would gladly recommend to others. Our guide for the 12 days was knowledgeable and organised leaving us to enjoy the many great experiences on the itinerary. All hotels were fab - no complaints from start to finish.

Very well run tour. Charming and well informed guides. Interesting mixture of modes of transport and hotels. Impressive building and monuments
Would recommend it highly

A great well organised trip to Peru. Lake Titicaca, Machu Pichu, seeing the Condors in flight, the Llama's and Vicunas roaming wild. It was spectacular.

The guides were informative without being stuffy, the hotels were all great and the Belmond train trip from Puno to Cuzco was amazing

We had a wonderful trip to Peru. The holiday was quite complicated, but we were looked after at every turn. Cox and Kings gave a very good service from Booking to choosing the program and accommodation with good guides and the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent sites and scenery thank you

Just finished our tour of the Southern Caucasus and absolutely loved Georgia and Armenia but sadly didn’t have time in Azerbaijan. Arrived at our hotel at 7am after flight delay and nobody to pick us up at airport (disgraceful). Having waited nearly 2 hours for our guide we ended up getting a taxi. Tour guide said our tour starts at 9am but we all declined but agreed 11am
So with less than 2 hours sleep in 24 hours we were rushed around the sites for 10 hours even seeing (or not) in the dark. Next days tours didn’t happen as we were taken straight to Sheki then the next morning to the Georgian border so that was our Azerbaijan experience and all the guide did was get rid of us asap.
Flight times were really bad even without the delay.
Border crossing into Georgia wasn’t easy but loved the country and guide was lovely. Border crossing into Armenia was easy and again guide was lovely. Armenia was the icing on the cake with a wow factor around every corner, spectacular.
Flights home were a nightmare with not enough turn round time for our connecting flight which of course we missed and were put up in a hotel nearly a hours drive from airport, put in rooms with awful noise from somewhere all night so again no sleep.
Flight times need sorting and if you want to actually see anything of beautiful Baku you need more time.
Also you need to be quite fit for all the steps that you need to climb for the churches and monisteries you will visit. On a plus side I did lose weight 😊

My wife and I enjoyed the Grand tour of South America. All tour guides were excellent, helpful, pleasant, spoke fluently except one tour guide in Peru. The hotel accommodation in all places were excellent (except one). The Andean Explorer train journey was indeed an experience.
The hotel Inca Utama could be avoided, was not up to the standard expected, instead travel further and stay in La Paz would have been much better. City tour in Buenos Aires was too short, a full day city tour is more preferred. The optional tour in Buenos Aires was not worth the price paid.
Nevertheless, it was a fantastic tour, everything worked perfectly, and the quality of the tour was outstanding. We had booked directly with Cox & Kings and the booking was pretty straight forward. and provided follow up information on time. All in all, the trip was a good experience for us as this is the first time us joining a group tour and we enjoyed the trip very much.

This was the first group tour holiday that I have taken and I was apprehensive as I was travelling on my own.
Everyone was very friendly and we were taken care of the whole time. Our guide, driver and helper were excellent.
I saw so many things and visited so many places that I would not otherwise have seen. Each day brought wonderful experiences.

Some points of consideration
The full day in Fes was very strenuous. Some members of the group found it too tiring.
Some days were very long and we would have liked to arrive at the hotels in time for a rest and perhaps enjoy a swim or drink in the bar before dinner.
The hotel in Erfoud was very nice but there was an issue with the food being covered with flies at both dinner and breakfast. We could not chance eating it. There was no attempt by the hotel to deal with the problem.
The visit to the Atlas studios in Ouazazarte was not appropriate for the demographic of our group. We were not at all interested in or had watched the films that were shot there. It was hot and no one enjoyed it.
Please consider reviewing your advice on tipping. As a group we had much discussion on this matter and we thought it was far too much ie with a group of 18 we would be paying out a total of around £4000!! We chose to give an anonymous tip that we each thought appropriate.
It is very easy just to write negative things in a review. It was a holiday full of happy memories, brilliantly organised and it has given me the confidence to travel again on my own.

This journey across southern Peru where the Inca Empire has left its indelible cultural identity and traditions, blended with the magnificent Spanish colonial architecture of the conquistadores, was simply outstanding. To experience the grandeur and breathtaking beauty of the Andes, Colca Canyon, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and cities like Arequipa and Cuzco, is to be transported into a timeless and awe inspiring landscape. All the hotels were first class, the local guides knowledgeable and friendly, and our tour director, Francisco, the most lovely and helpful man imaginable. I absolutely loved this holiday. It was my first with Cox & Kings but unlikely to be the last.

We used these guys for a tour of Argentina, Iguazu falls and Brazil. Let's just say you get what you pay for, the quality of the hotels, guides, transport and the itineraries are excellent. Point to note, we did have an issue with our hotel room in Brazil, but it was all sorted really quickly, so no gripes there. We have used them in the past and we will use them in the future.

I recently booked a tour to South America and was looking for a flight upgrade to Premium Economy. David went out of his way to look at options and found me an upgrade to Business flying out and Premium returning, for about the price I had hoped to pay just for Premium. As I wouldn't be flying with the main tour, David also arranged an additional day in the first hotel.

Throughout all our discussions, nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was painless.

Following cancellation of original tour due to no bookings apart from my wife & I have been able to rebook for same tour a year ahead. Reservation staff, particularly Lily Brough very helpful in meeting our requests and arranging extension & flight upgrade.

Well organised, with easy travel arrangements and good quality accommodation. Food was plentiful - perhaps too much at times!
Very friendly fellow travellers so singletons were comfortable
Well informed and helpful Tour leader who took any (minor) problems in his stride. He took pains to talk not only about the history of the country and the sites but also the social and economic side of Uzbekistan.
We saw a huge amount on the tour, and not just beautiful historical monuments - but it was quite full on!

Simply the best way to see South Africa in a short time . Absolutely stunning safari , hotels and food with an amazing local tour manager and driver .

All the arrangements made for us worked well on our three Greek islands tour.

Very happy with the booking process, easy, straightforward and agent was helpful.
Later after booking I noticed the price of my holiday had been reduced and contacted my agent David Landinez who then went above and beyond to obtain the reduction for me, making my day. What more can you ask for 😀

Just returned today from a 2 week first trip to South Africa. Our tour manager, Janice David’s excelled in every way. Nothing was too much trouble. Equally our driver for the tour, Quintin was highly skilful and very accommodating. Staying at the Homestead at Kariega Game reserve was a particular highlight and a special treat. The whole trip did not disappoint and our fellow travellers were great company. Two thoughts for future trips: The cruise aboard the John Benn was a waste of time especially given we had a wonderful trip, the same day to Featherbed. The Cape Town Hollow Hotel did not live up to 4 star expectations. A Hotel at the V&A Waterfront would be more suitable Overall a really great holiday

Our trip to China was not just a holiday but an adventure. The tour manager/guide Hawk was excellent caring and candid. We visited places that very few people ever see. The hotels were excellent. We now regard China as we saw it with our own eyes.

Uzbekistan, with Cox And Kings a fantastic trip. From the moment we arrived until we left it was professional run. Our Guide was very informative , and understanding of our groups needs. The sights we visited were well explained. Transport was always there on time, clean and tidy. The food included in the trip was always interesting and good. 100%
