We love our Gaia sectional! We spent so much time deciding which one was best for our family and the one we picked met every expectation. We've truly made our house cozier. The delivery was so fast and the setup was so easy! It's not a fast setup and I don't expect it to be but the Cozey team labels everything so nicely that it makes everything so easy to put together. We truly are so satisfied with our purchase.

My first go-round was not ideal with Cozey. I needed to order their modular couch to fit my space limitations and there was no one to confirm that I was ordering each modular piece correctly with, so I was flying solo and learned later that of the 18 boxes delivered, two pieces were not correct. One of my doing and one that was shipped incorrectly by Cozey. That's when I learned there was no one in support to call and the online support person came across very judgemental in the process of assessing where the errors were etc. ( Note: If you order modularly, no instructions come with the delivery, so it's basically up to you, to find enough videos and piece together how things work. Apparently if you order off of their website with a couch already designed or as is, there are instructions and the process is on much better footing.) - So that is the pain point. Side note, my husband was not a happy camper with the chaos that ensued. So that didn't help.

After an initial poor experience, I waited a few days to cool off and then circled back to try again, emailing Cozey's customer success team and started making headway with a truly lovely human by the name of Herenui, who was the first person to take the time to listen to what had transpired, help me sort what was delivered and what was still needed and then stuck with me while I emailed over photos so that he could make heads or tails out of what I received vs what I needed. Unfortunately, to make progress, my husband and I would have to spend time taking our couch apart and then putting it back together, which ended up being our 4th attempt. Long story long...Cozey sent me the missing part that they'd omitted and I ordered the piece that I had needed and between both ends, our lovely new couch was ready for the holidays and a house full of people. We love our Cozey couch and more importantly, the Cozey Brand Ambassadors stepped up to make things right and now both my husband and I are true fans. Sometimes it's not the mishaps it's how things are resolved and the help felt both sincere and on point.

Last but not least, the family raved about the new Ciello, that sits 6-7 comfortably with three ottomans. Also made for a great sleep option for two. I shopped and compared multiple options settled on Cozey for the solid reviews and cost point. So happy that I did. This sectional has really elevated the space and is so inviting. Huge Fan!

Absolutely beautiful couch, would not say it is pet friendly not the aquaforte fabric at least. When we pulled out 2 pieces out of the box it already had a few snags. This couch is too expensive to snag that easily. I love the color and how the fabric feels and look, but you can tell just looking at it and feeling it easily snags on almost anything. Also it is not very easy to disassemble to add in a seat or move the modular peices around. My husband and I have had a very difficult time getting the arm off one of the seats to add in our last seat that arrived later than the rest of the boxes and we still can't get it apart. Sadly we will need to return after research Cozey for over 6 months now. It is a really pretty couch though.

Great experience in store. I was given samples of each material. Online I do think the couch's look smaller but you can just look at the measurements to make sure you're purchasing the correct size. Also in person obviously you get the exact feel for the size. The couch itself has been great, I love it.

Every single piece of furniture requiring assembly should be as easy as Cozey is! So much thought was obviously put into every detail of that process. And, not only was assembly a breeze, but the piece is solid and beautiful. I’m loving the sleek, modern look. I’m so thrilled to have discovered Cozey!

We had an excellent experience with Cozey. The couch is beautiful, very comfortable, and the quality is exactly what we were hoping for. It fits perfectly in our space.

Delivery was smooth and well organized, and the packaging was impressive, everything arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to assemble. You can really tell they put thought into the customer experience.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with our purchase and would absolutely recommend Cozey to anyone.

they were so amazing and easy to work with, i got the extra protection plan (thankfully) and my roommates cat peed on it like 4 days after i got it!! they got my new order replacements in soooo quickly and were so kind and understanding! they also gave me links to cleaners and deodorizers for cat pee they recommend!

Great experience in the pop up shop, ordering online was a breeze, and the sofa bed is a perfect solution for our needs! Firm but comfortable, and the flexibility of opening half or all (for cot or full size) as a bed is fantastic! Shipping was zippy, and assembly was very straightforward.

I love the sofa, it was delivered onetime and set up was very easy.

I'm in the Palm Springs area and have a small space that requires a sofa that can accommodate a single sleeper. We also needed something that we could wash as the desert dust gets everywhere. The Atmosphere fit all our requirements for it's flexible design options and ability to wash the covers.

I ordered a two seater with a low arm on one side and armless on the other. I added the long ottoman on the armless side which enables the unit to easily sleep an adult. I opted for the Chenille fabric in Frost (which is a warm beige color). I also ordered an extra set of covers for any unforeseen staining that I can't remove with regular washing. I opted for the additional back pillows called (decorative pillows) in the same Chenille Frost fabric. They come in a 2 pack. I ordered 4 pillows in total and they really add an additional level of comfort.

The unit went together easily and the covers were fairly easy to apply..kinda like squeezing into a pair of skinny jeans! I would suggest wearing a pair of clean gardening gloves to apply the Velcro covers as all the tugging can take a toll on fingers and knuckles.

Being that this company is new to California, I was unsure of delivery to Palm Springs, but everything arrived within days and the delivery could not have gone smoother.

They purchase process was super easy, quality is great, installation process was super easy, the only thing for me was the FedEx delivery. The Fedex never notified me that delivery was done, and I live in the building. My neighbor said that there are tons of boxes in the lobby. So if you live in the building, just be aware

Even around the holiday season, this shipped very fast. I think I had it in less than 4-5 days after ordering! Loved how everything shipped, packaging was smart, and we think it’s super comfortable! Always wanted a chaise section on the couch and now I have it. We can remove this if we wish and use the cushion that they gave, if the chaise was ever removed. I couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

I think the Cozey ciello is very uncomfortable and overpriced for how uncomfortable it is. It actually sucks as a couch. I wish I never bought it.

I was looking for a table like this for a side table next to my reading chair that I could use to write on too. Everything I had seen was too large and didn't go low enough. I was visiting my daughter and son in law and they had two of them. I ordered a black one that day and it arrived before I got home. Great service, great product, great quality.

I was a little bit worried about buying a couch online without being able to see it in person first, especially because I feel like a lot of the reviews I was seeing are full of mixed feelings. However, we’ve had our couch for about a month now, and I have nothing but good things to say. It was definitely a chore to put together, so I’d recommend doing it with others and not alone, but only because some of the pieces were pretty heavy. They packed it extremely effectively to ship with UPS, and even though a couple of the boxes were a bit damaged (likely at the carrier facilities) each piece was well-protected and in perfect condition.

We were being extremely picky while trying to decide on our first big furniture purchase. We wanted a flecked tan or brown sectional with a chaise, cushions that could be removed and washed, and something that people with long legs (us) could still sit comfortable on. We went to every furniture store, and anything we wanted had to be basically be custom ordered or was way out of our budget. After a bad experience and a last minute order cancellation when we placed an order with a franchised furniture store, we were really tired of the shopping/hassle. Now, here’s where Cozey came in. We decided to try Cozey after seeing a few positive reviews. I’ll admit, it felt like a last ditch effort, but so far, we have zero regrets. We were not expecting to get it so quickly, it came in less than a week! I unpacked all of the pieces by myself, and when my husband came home we put it together! We went through a little trial and error (I usually skip reading the directions) but after finally watching the online tutorial (what we should have done in the first place,) it made it SO easy.

Not only do the cushion covers (top and bottom) all zip off and wash, but the ones we got almost seem to repel our dog’s hair… making it almost wipe off with our hand when we notice it.

My 6’7” husband and I (5’10”) both fit comfortably on the chaise, we ordered the higher angled backs and the deeper seats! The cushions all have a thicker center and are plush on either side, making them super comfortable, but I’m hopeful with the thick center, they will stay nicer for much longer.

We love our Cozey!
