Had a cushion come in with zipper broken. Contacted customer service for support and they were amazing to deal with- fast, friendly, quick response times, followed up to ensure issue resolved.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my order that was resolved in minutes even on a Saturday night… and i was able to speak to a real human over the phone for the help. Super comfy couch! We love it!!

Everything was great from ordering options, dimensions online, delivery time, packaging, instructions, and more! Easy to put together and so cute! Human and dog nap approved. The mocha color leans more terracotta/rust than a true brown. I still love it, but wish the swatches had a shorter delivery time so I could have compared fabric texture and color. Definitely recommend Cozey!!

What an easy way to purchase an amazing couch… and SO QUICK! Literally delivered in less than a week from the day we purchased. When does that ever happen with couches? NEVER! Very easy to put together and the comfort is off the charts. Plenty of comfy space for our family of four. WE LOVE THIS COUCH!

We absolutely love our new Gaia Xl couch, it’s so comfortable and the cushions are so cloud like. The assembly took some time but very easy to put together.

Very impressed with this company as a whole. First, shipping was really fast once the order was shipped. Second, we decided on a different color covers so we reached out to see if we could switch them and their customer support was AMAZING. Seriously they were all very kind, responded very quickly, and were willing to accommodate some of my requests. And lastly, the quality of the product has been great and exactly what we wanted, they have put a lot of thought into their instructions and truly try to make it as easy and convenient as possible.
*side note: I had read somewhere online this company was all social media hype and the customer service was not great… this could not possible be more false.
Anyways I was so pleased with my experience that I decided to do a second order for an ottoman instead of buying a coffee table like I originally planned. Highly recommend ordering from here.

Missing pieces

I didn't purchase anything. I've unsubscribed many times. And they still keep sending me emails to review the product.

The couches themselves seem great.

The ordering, delivery and customer service process is a disaster. Based on my experience I do not see how you could get service or manage to return these after 30 days.

First off I ordered dining chairs that were to arrive with the couches based on the ship dates. I changed some options to ensure that. After a month of asking for updates it turned out the chairs are 3 more months out even though I had already been charged. I am still waiting for the refund to process a week later.

Next I was holding off on 1 part of my order until the shipping window fell when I would be available to receive the items. Cozey customer support reached out based on my cart and said I could order now they would make sure nothing shipped early. They just wanted the money now and never held anything. Luckily I was able to re-arrange some travel at my expense to deal with their screw up.

Then another order which I was not supposed to ship until Jan 6th that I also notified them of the delivery window after the other issue shipped early. This time I was forced to work with Fedex to put a hold on the items. Luckily Fedex was able to do so which it seems is not usually the case for large shipments. If not the couches would have sat in the snow for 5 days or I would have needed to pay someone to sort out the boxes while I was away.

The couch so far is absolutely wonderful. Assembly was easy and it is quite comfortable. I love that everything can be cleaned in the washer. The reason for the 3 star review is due to shipping. The first 10 out of 11 boxes arrived VERY promptly but I am still waiting on my last box over 2 weeks later. The customer service is quick to respond to emails, but I have not yet completed my sofa as the missing piece is a seat base. Barring shipping issues, I’d rate my new sofa 4.5/5.
